NOVEL ENTEROPATHOGENIC E. COLI BACTERIOPHAGE ESC-CHP-2 AND USE THEREOF FOR INHIBITING PROLIFERATION OF ENTEROPATHOGENIC E. COLI
The present invention relates to a Myoviridae bacteriophage Esc-CHP-2 that is isolated from the nature and can kill specifically enteropathogenic E. coli strains, which has a genome represented by the nucleotide sequence of SEQ. ID. NO: 1 (Accession NO: KCTC 12661BP), and a method for preventing and treating the infections of enteropathogenic E. coli using the composition comprising said bacteriophage as an active ingredient.
MILK FERMENTATION PROCESS
The present disclosure relates to processes for producing antihypertensive peptide compositions from milk compositions. It also relates to peptide compositions producible by the processes, as well as dosage forms, food products, supplements, powdered milk formula and beverages containing the peptide compositions, and to therapeutic methods and uses of the peptide compositions.
USE OF D-RIBOSE TO ENHANCE ADAPTATION TO PHYSICAL STRESS
Methods of improving adaptation to physical stress by administering D-ribose and methods of administering D-ribose to improve adaptation to physical exercise.

Fermentation Container and Method for Producing Hawthorn Fermented Beverage
A method and system for producing hawthorn fermented beverage where hawthorn fruits are used as the main material to produce a hawthorn fermented beverage with special fermented flavor, rich nutrition, mellow mouth feel and suitable sourness and sweetness, through the processes of fruit sorting, cleaning, juice squeezing, blending, pre-sterilization, alcoholic fermentation, acetic fermentation, lactic acid fermentation, filtration, sterilization and filling. An atomized fermentation technology is adopted for the yeast aerobic proliferation during the alcoholic fermentation phase and for the acetic fermentation phase, so that, as compared with the liquid submerged fermentation methods, the fermentation time of these two stages are shortened by 10-15 hours and 62-100 hours respectively, and the fermentation period is shortened by 3-5 days, which improves the production efficiency of fermentation.
Isotopic compositions
The present invention provides a beverage and a dermatological composition comprising water molecules, the water molecules having oxygen atoms of different isotopes, the beverage being enriched in at least one of the oxygen isotopes, the enrichment being in reference to (i) the amount of that oxygen isotope in the water used to produce the beverage or (ii) the amount of that oxygen isotope in ground water, or (iii) Vienna Standard Mean Ocean Water. The water molecules may be derived from a plant source, such as a juice, a sap or a tree water.
