Water lubricated screw compressor
In a water-supply line for performing water-supply to the rotors and the mechanical seal of a compressor, or in a condensed-water collection line for collecting condensed water of a dryer into the inlet port of the compressor, a water reservoir is provided at a position higher than the water-supply unit of the compressor. Moreover, there are provided a start-time water-supply line and a solenoid valve set up therein. Here, the start-time water-supply line establishes the connection between the lower portion of the water reservoir, and the inlet port of the compressor and the water-supply unit of the mechanical seal.
Vane pump
A vane pump includes: a casing forming a pump chamber therein; a rotor arranged inside the casing to rotate eccentrically with respect to the casing; and a plurality of vanes configured to rotate with the rotor and slide on an inner side surface of the casing. At least one of Formula (1): l≤(b/a)×k and Formula (2): l≤(c/a)×j is satisfied, where “a” represents a height of the pump chamber, “b” represents a height of the rotor, “c” represents a height of the vane in a rotation axis direction of the rotor, and where “l” represents a linear expansion coefficient of the casing in the rotation axis direction, “k” represents a linear expansion coefficient of the rotor in the rotation axis direction, and “j” represents a linear expansion coefficient of the vane in the rotation axis direction.
Engine cover
The present invention provides an engine cover that can be manufactured easily and at a lower cost and has an attachment member that is high in quality and may not easily fall off. The engine cover has a cover body made of urethane foam, a skin layer disposed on a surface of the cover body, and an attachment member made of an elastic body and integrally molded with the cover body. The attachment member has a recess into which an attachment pin provided to project from an engine member is fitted, and a sealing portion that is provided to project at least one of the opening end surface of the recess and the side surface of the opening end part of the recess and that suppresses entry of a foamed urethane resin material that forms the cover body into the recess during integral molding.
Swash plate of a swash plate type compressor and the swash plate type compressor
A swash plate fulfils the basic properties required for a swash plate, which are stable boundary lubricating state by lubricating oil, without forming a metal spray coating layer comprising a copper type or aluminum type material on the surface of a substrate 3a forming the swash plate 3 of the swash plate type compressor as an intermediate layer. The substrate 3a of the swash plate 3 comprises a disk-shaped steel sheet formed by pressing a rolled steel sheet into a disk shape, and both surfaces of the disk-shaped steel sheet are ground. Thus, resin coating layers 10 containing fluororesin, which has superior seizure resistance, can be strongly fixed to the substrate without the need to form a metal spray coating layer on the surface of the substrate. This improves the durability of the swash plate type compressor using carbon dioxide gas as a refrigerant.
Internal gear pump
Provided is an internal gear pump requiring fewer machining steps, allowing inexpensive manufacture, and offering high safety from the standpoint of function. The internal gear pump 1 comprises: a trochoid 4 in which an inner rotor 3 having a plurality of outer teeth is eccentrically and rotatably accommodated in an outer rotor 2 having a plurality of inner teeth, the outer teeth meshing with the inner teeth, and in which a suction-side chamber for suctioning liquid and a discharge-side chamber for discharging liquid that has been suctioned into the suction-side chamber are formed in between the inner teeth and outer teeth; a casing 5 in which is formed a recess 5a for accommodating the trochoid 4; and a cover 6 for closing off the recess 5a of the casing 5. At least some of the casing 5 is a body injection-molded from a resin composition. The invention also comprises a groove 5d in a portion of the recess 5a of the casing 5 in which the outer periphery is sealed, with a sealing ring 13 installed therein, and bushings 7 made from sintered metal that are provided integrally during injection molding in bolt fixing hole portions.
Rotary Vane Pump
A rotary vane pump including a housing, and a motor. The motor includes a shaft which is coupled to a rotor. The rotor defines a plurality of slots. A plurality of free moving vanes are disposed within the slots. In one example, the rotor is formed from a first material and the plurality of vanes are formed from the first material and impregnated with a second material. The first material can be a carbon material. The second material can be a resin material, an antimony material, a copper material, or a silver material.
VEHICLE-MOUNTED ELECTRIC COMPRESSOR
This vehicle-mounted electric compressor is provided with a compressor body including a motor for compressing a refrigerant, and an inverter including a power element for supplying the motor with electric current. The power element is provided with: a metal substrate having an electrically conductive layer in a partial region of the surface thereof; a heat-generating element having a metal layer solder-fixed to the electrically conductive layer; and a resin substrate which is disposed in parallel with the metal substrate in a plate thickness direction of the metal substrate, and has a metal pattern printed on the surface thereof, the metal pattern having an electronic component mounted thereon. The electronic component and a terminal of the heat-generating element are connected by means of the metal pattern.
Oil pump
An oil pump includes: a housing case made of a metal and having a rotor housing portion in which a rotor is rotatably housed, and a discharge hole through which oil within the rotor housing portion is introduced to the outside of the rotor housing portion by rotation of the rotor; and a housing made of a resin and having a case holding portion in which the rotor housing portion is held, and a discharge groove portion provided on a bottom portion of the case holding portion. The housing case has a fitting groove portion that is provided on a bottom portion of the rotor housing portion and that is fitted to the discharge groove portion so as to cover the discharge groove portion. The discharge hole is formed in the fitting groove portion.
Oil pump including resin pump cover
An oil pump is configured to include a rotor, a drive shaft that drives the rotor to rotate, a rotor chamber in which the rotor is contained, an inlet port and an outlet port each provided in the vicinity of the rotor chamber, and a pump cover. The pump cover is made of a resin. On a portion of an outer surface side of the pump cover corresponding to an inner portion, in which oil circulates, of the pump cover, a rib that has an erecting wall shape is provided.
