Positioning device for radiotherapy
A positioning device for radiotherapy, includes a first frame, a degradable low-temperature thermoplastic film and a degradable second frame. The second frame is connected to an outer edge of the low-temperature thermoplastic film, and a softening point of the second frame is higher than a softening point of the low-temperature thermoplastic film. A mechanical strength of the first frame is greater than a mechanical strength of the second frame, and the first frame and the second frame are detachably connected through a first connecting structure. When in use, the positioning device for radiotherapy in the disclosure has satisfactory rigidity and mechanical strength for positioning, and effectively avoids waste and environmental pollution since the second frame and the low-temperature thermoplastic film that are non-reusable are degradable and the non-degradable first frame is reusable.
Treatment planning system, radiotherapy system, and method for treatment planning
Provided is a treatment planning system. The treatment planning system is configured to acquire a mode selection instruction, a first image of a subject to be treated and contour data of target tissue; select a mode corresponding to the subject to be treated from a plurality of treatment planning modes based on the mode selection instruction; and produce a treatment plan based on the mode corresponding to the subject to be treated, the first image and the contour data, wherein the plurality of treatment planning modes are configured to produce treatment plans for a plurality of treatment heads that generate different types of ray beams.
COMPOSITION FOR SYSTEMIC ANTICANCER TREATMENT IN LOCALIZED RADIOTHERAPY
The present invention relates to a composition for the prevention or treatment of metastatic cancer, capable of inducing an abscopal effect, which is a systemic anticancer effect, in combination with radiotherapy to treat metastatic cancer that has spread from a primary cancer, wherein, by having confirmed that, upon radiotherapy in which a primary cancer site was irradiated with a low dose of radiation, the abscopal effect, which is a systemic anticancer effect, did not appear, whereas, when type 1 interferon was administered in combination with low-dose radiation to the primary cancer site, an anticancer effect appears even in non-radiated metastatic cancer sites, a composition comprising type 1 interferon is provided as a therapeutic agent or adjuvant for the treatment of metastatic cancer, which induces a systemic anticancer effect upon low-dose radiotherapy.
Neutron capture therapy apparatus
Disclosed is a neutron capture therapy apparatus. The neutron capture therapy apparatus is used for irradiating a neutron beam with a preset neutron dose to an object to be irradiated. The neutron beam enters the object and undergoes a nuclear reaction with boron in the object. The neutron capture therapy apparatus includes a correction system for correcting the preset neutron dose.
