Application-based control of a valve disk
An electronic execution unit controls and regulates a pneumatic valve assembly for a pneumatic movement. An application for controlling and regulating a valve assembly is or can be loaded so that it can be carried out on the electronic execution unit to carry out the pneumatic movement on the pneumatic valve assembly. An electronic valve controller for the open-loop control and closed-loop control of a valve assembly has at least one pneumatic valve for a pneumatic movement task.

The crank member and the first piston are coupled for rotation about a second piston rotation axis spaced from the crank axis.
Dual valve fluid actuator assembly
A stage assembly (10) includes a stage (14), and a fluid actuator assembly (24) that moves the stage (14). The fluid actuator assembly (24) includes a piston housing (32) that defines a piston chamber (34); (ii) a piston (36) that separates the piston chamber (34) into a first chamber (34A) and a second chamber (34B); (iii) a supply valve (38C) that controls the flow of the working fluid (40) into the first chamber (34A); and (iv) an exhaust valve (38D) that controls the flow of the working fluid (40) out of the first chamber (34A). The supply valve (38C) has a supply orifice (250G) having a supply orifice area, and the exhaust valve (38D) has an exhaust orifice (352G) having an exhaust orifice area. Moreover, the supply orifice area is different from the exhaust orifice area. Further multiple valves of different sizes can be used in combination for the supply and exhaust for each chamber (34A), (34B).
Construction Machine
To provide a construction machine that can highly precisely control branch flows from a hydraulic pump to a plurality of hydraulic actuators without being affected by load conditions. A controller (100) has a meter-out valve control section (140) configured to calculate a target opening area of a second meter-out valve (65a) (65b) according to a pressure difference between a supply pressure and a second meter-in pressure, or calculate a target opening area of a first meter-out valve (55a) (55b) according to a pressure difference between the supply pressure and the first meter-in pressure.
Metering hydraulic control system for mining machine
A hydraulic system arranged to control at least two hydraulic actuators via a metering control valve assembly. The hydraulic system is advantageous to control a pivoting arm of an undercutting mining machine according to at least two modes of operation including an idling mode and a cutting mode. In particular, the hydraulic actuators may be controlled by quantitative variation of fluid flow speed and pressure.
Method to automatically detect parameter for pressure dynamics control
Systems and methods for auto-commissioning first and second valve assemblies associated with an actuator in an electro-hydraulic system are disclosed. In one method, a controller performs an automatic test protocol to determine a bulk modulus over fluid volume parameter used by the controller to control the valve assemblies. In one aspect, the test protocol can include pressurizing each side of the actuator to two different pressures with one of the first and second valve assemblies and blocking the other side of the actuator with the other of the first and second valve assemblies. The bulk modulus over fluid volume parameter for each valve assembly can be calculated based on recorded fluid pressures at the actuator and consumed flow at the first and second valve assemblies.

Disclosed is a rotation drive device comprising a crank member rotatable about a crank axis, a first cylinder having a first piston and rotatable about a first cylinder rotation axis, and a second cylinder having a second piston and rotatable about a second cylinder rotation axis. The crank member and the first piston are coupled for rotation about a first piston rotation axis spaced from the crank axis. The crank member and the first piston are coupled for rotation about a second piston rotation axis spaced from the crank axis.
Two-stage valve arrangement for hydraulic control of a piston- cylinder arrangement of a high- or medium-voltage power switch
A valve arrangement for hydraulic control of a piston-cylinder of a power switch contains a main stage having a first main valve and a second main valve, and a pilot stage having at least one pilot valve. In order to permit the first main valve to remain securely in the opened state, even in the event of pressure oscillations, the main valve has a total of four control surfaces, of which a second and a third control surface operate in a closing manner and a fourth control surface operates in an opening manner. For this purpose, the second control surface is connected to the high-pressure line, the third control surface is connected to the low-pressure line, and the fourth control surface is connected to the output-side valve connection of the first main valve.
