SOLENOID DRIVEN ACTUATOR
A method of controlling an actuator includes switching a primary solenoid valve to a first mode to fluidically connect a supply pressure source to a control chamber of a pilot valve. A fluid from the supply pressure source is directed through the primary solenoid valve to fill the control chamber of the pilot valve and put the pilot valve in a first position. The first position fluidically connects a second chamber of the actuator to a return pressure source. The actuator includes a cylinder between the first chamber and the second chamber and a rod attached to the cylinder. The fluid from the supply pressure source is directed into the first chamber of the actuator to move the cylinder and the rod in a first direction while the pilot valve is in the first position.
HYDRAULIC UNIT
A hydraulic unit includes a hydraulic circuit fluidly connected to a hydraulic actuator, and a control device to control the hydraulic circuit. The hydraulic circuit includes a hydraulic oil tank, a hydraulic pump that supplies the hydraulic oil to the hydraulic actuator from the hydraulic oil tank, a discharge flow path fluidly connecting a discharge side of the hydraulic pump to the hydraulic actuator, a valve that blocks a flow of the hydraulic oil in the discharge flow path, and a pressure sensor that detects a pressure of the hydraulic oil the discharge flow path. In a pressure holding state, when a rotational frequency of the hydraulic pump exceeds a predetermined first determination rotational frequency or when a discharge flow rate of the hydraulic pump exceeds a predetermined first determination discharge flow rate, the control device determines that the hydraulic circuit is abnormal.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM OF CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
A hydraulic system of a construction machine includes: control valves interposed between a main pump and hydraulic actuators; and first solenoid proportional valves connected to pilot ports of the control valves. The hydraulic system further includes: a relief valve for the main pump, the relief valve including a pilot port; and a second solenoid proportional valve connected to the pilot port of the relief valve by a secondary pressure line and connected to an auxiliary pump by a primary pressure line. A switching valve including a pilot port connected to the secondary pressure line by a pilot line is interposed between the auxiliary pump and the first solenoid proportional valves.

A balancing valve (1) is arranged between the proportional directional valve (3) and the steering cylinder. A first shuttle valve (2) is arranged between the proportional directional valve (3) and the balancing valve (1). The first shuttle valve (2) is positioned on one side of the proportional directional valve (3). An overflow valve (4) is positioned on another side of the proportional directional valve (3). The overflow valve (4) is connected to a second shuttle valve (6) and a logic valve (5) respectively. The hydraulic control valve assembly has a large control power, a rapid response, and is more suitable for the autonomous navigation operation of agricultural machine. Moreover, the system saves more energy, such that the autonomous navigation operation of agricultural machine is more stable.

SERVO-VALVE AND FLUIDIC DEVICE
Servo-valve that controls fluid discharged from a nozzle discharge port by displacing the nozzle, and that drives an actuator. The servo-valve includes a receiver provided with a first inflow port into which the fluid discharged from the discharge port flows. At least either the discharge port or the inflow port is a non-circular opening formed such that the amount of change in the area of overlap of the discharge and inflow ports occurring when the nozzle is displaced from the initial position is larger than in cases where the discharge port and the inflow port are of circular form of the same area. The increased amount whereby the area of overlap between the discharge and inflow ports changes when the nozzle is displaced from the initial position lets the fluid flow into the inflow port more quickly, improving the response speed of the actuator.
SCALABLE HYDRAULIC MOTOR WITH DRIVE INPUT SHAFT AND DRIVEN OUTPUT SHAFT
The present invention discloses a hydraulic style motor having a first power input housing containing a first plurality of rotary or centrifugally driven pumps and associated valves, such that the pumps are driven in a determined stacked fashion by a powered input (or drive) shaft. A second power output housing contains at least one second rotary driven pump and associated valve, the second pumps rotatably engaging a second output (driven) shaft. A pressure resistant fluid line interconnects a manifold associated with the first housing with another manifold associated with the second housing so that the pressurized fluid generated by rotation of the input pumps in the input housing is communicated to the output housing to drive the output pumps to rotate the output (driven) shaft. A return line communicates with the output housing manifold, via each of the individual pump and valve subassemblies, for redirecting flow back to an input feed to the input housing.
Crop Machine with an Electronically Controlled Hydraulic Cylinder Flotation System
In a crop harvesting machine there is provided a pair of hydraulic float cylinders for a header relative to a vehicle, where a float pressure to the cylinders is directly controlled by an electronic control supplying a variable control signal to a PPRR valve arrangement to maintain the float pressure at a predetermined value. At the set pressure a predetermined lifting force is provided to the header. A position sensor is used to generate an indication of movement and/or acceleration. The electronic control is arranged, in response to changes in the sensor signal, to temporarily change the control signal to vary the lifting force and thus change the dynamic response of the hydraulic float cylinder. In order to reduce static friction so that the system can react quickly, an arrangement is provided for causing relative reciprocating movement in an alternating wave pattern between the piston and cylinder.
