Provided is a work vehicle which can prevent an engine from stalling regardless of type of a system mounted on a vehicle body. In a wheel loader 1 equipped with a loading work device 11 operated by an electric operation lever 19, first and second directional control valves 5, 6 include neutral positions 5N, 6N for causing hydraulic oil discharged from a hydraulic pump 12 to return to a hydraulic oil tank 10, respectively, and in the case where a discharge pressure P of the hydraulic pump 12 is a main relief pressure Pr or more and an engine rotational speed N is less than a low idle rotational speed NL, a controller 2, 2A restricts the output of control signals to first and second solenoid control valves 3, 4 so as to cause the first and second directional control valves 5, 6 to be switched to the neutral positions 5N, 6N, respectively.

A pilot hydraulic system may include a pilot pressure source, a pilot pressure return tank, a pilot valve, a pilot pressure supply line connecting the pilot pressure source to the pilot valve, and a pilot pressure return line connecting the pilot pressure return tank to the pilot valve. A main control valve may include a pilot chamber. A pilot pressure control line connects the pilot valve to the pilot chamber. A hydraulic sub-system is provided for modifying pilot pressure provided to the pilot chamber of the main control valve. The hydraulic sub-system may include a variable orifice valve disposed in the pilot pressure control line, a pilot pressure bypass line communicating the pilot pressure control line downstream of the variable orifice valve with the pilot pressure return line, and an electrohydraulic pressure reducing valve (EHPRV) disposed in the pilot pressure bypass line.
Submersible actuator
An actuator configured to be submerged into a body of water and to activate upon achieving a particular depth. The actuator includes a housing that defines a chamber. The housing has an open end portion in which is located a piston, the piston closing the open end portion to cause the chamber to be watertight. The piston has a first side facing an inner wall of the chamber and a second side opposite the first side that is configured to face the body of water, the piston being translatable in the chamber. A column located inside the chamber has a first end coupled to the first side of the piston and a second end coupled the inner wall of the chamber, the column being configured to buckle upon a predetermined amount of force being applied to the second side of the piston to cause the piston to translate.

The piston defines a bore that receives a spindle. The spindle is rotationally fixed and axially moveable for providing the axial movement of the piston. A motor is positioned about the spindle and is configured to axially translate the spindle and piston. A ball and socket joint connects the piston and spindle while accommodating pivoting movement of the spindle. The ball and socket joint includes a ball at a front end of the spindle and a socket in the bore of the piston which receives the ball.

A ball and socket joint connects the piston and spindle while accommodating pivoting movement of the spindle. The ball and socket joint includes a ball at a front end of the spindle and a socket in the bore of the piston which receives the ball.

The present invention pertains to an air cylinder (10) in which flow rate controllers (24, 24A) are built into a head cover (14) and a rod cover (16), said flow rate controllers (24, 24A) being provided with a first flow rate adjustment part (28) connected between a port (14a, 16a) and a cylinder chamber (12c), a second flow rate adjustment part (32) provided adjacent to the first flow rate adjustment part (28), and a pilot check valve (38) connected in series to the second flow rate adjustment part (32). In response to the pressure of pilot air, the pilot check valve (38) switches between a state in which the passage of exhaust air from the cylinder chamber (12c) is permitted and a state in which the passage of exhaust air is prevented.
