Valve arrangement
A valve arrangement has two main valves which are each preloaded by a spring device into a first switching position, and which can each be switched into a second switching position by means of an assigned pilot valve. The pilot medium required for switching is provided with a pilot pressure at a pilot connection of each pilot valve. The main valves are each equipped with a working valve section each of which are fluidically connected to one another. In addition, each main valve contains a monitoring valve section. The monitoring valve sections are designed to provide the venting of at least one pilot connection when the two main valves are in different switching positions. This allows a fluid-actuated actuator to be controlled in accordance with high safety standards.
Hydraulic Control Device For An Emergency Stop Valve Of A Steam Turbine And Steam Turbine Arrangement
A hydraulic control device for an emergency stop valve of a steam turbine has a module for reducing a hydraulic pressure by rapid opening of an outflow valve and/or unloading or loading an actuator for actuating the emergency stop valve. In an operating medium supply and/or conducting system a control valve arrangement with at least three safety valves is provided, which are hydraulically interconnected such that they open the outflow valve or unload or load the actuator only when a safety circuit by way of at least two safety valves of the control valve arrangement has assumed an emergency stop position. A precontrol valve that is independent from the remaining safety valves is hydraulically connected upstream of each safety valve. A safety valve that is connected downstream of a respective precontrol valve can be hydraulically decoupled from the same during the operation.
Double valve constructed from unitary single valves
A double valve includes a first unitary valve assembly and a second unitary valve assembly. Each unitary valve assembly includes a first outlet port, a second outlet port, and a spool. A first pilot assembly and a second pilot assembly are coupled to the first unitary valve assembly and the second unitary valve assembly, respectively. A plate is coupled to the unitary valve assemblies and includes a passage to provide a first common outlet passage that is coupled to the respective first outlet ports of the unitary valve assemblies and a second common outlet passage that is coupled to the respective second outlet ports of the unitary valve assemblies. When the spools are in a first position, fluid flows through the first common outlet passage, and when the spools are in a second position, the fluid flows through the second common outlet passage.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM AND PASSENGER RESTRAINT SYSTEM
A hydraulic system for a passenger restraint device includes a hydraulic pump, at least one hydraulic section with a hydraulic accumulator, a valve arrangement and a hydraulic cylinder unit with a piston. The valve arrangement is connected to the hydraulic pump, the hydraulic accumulator and the hydraulic cylinder unit and can be controlled by a higher-level control unit. The hydraulic pump is configured to pressurize the hydraulic cylinder unit by switching the valve arrangement to an opening switching position, so that the piston moves to an open position. The hydraulic accumulator is configured to pressurize the hydraulic cylinder unit by switching the valve arrangement to a closing switching position so that the piston moves to a close position. The higher-level control is connected to a manually operable sensor system and switches the valve arrangement to the closing switching position when the manually operable sensor system is actuated.
