Valve Assembly with Preloaded Control Oil Return
20230175601 · 2023-06-08 ·

A valve assembly includes a linearly moving main slider, a pilot valve, a control oil inlet, and a control oil return. The pilot valve is designed as a 4/3 proportional directional valve, via which a first end face and an opposite second end face of the main slider can be fluidly connected selectively to the control oil inlet or the control oil return so that the main slider (20) is hydraulically movable by adjusting the pilot valve. The pilot valve is electrically adjustable depending on a target current. A position sensor is provided, with which an actual position of the main slider can be measured. A positioner is provided, with which the actual position can be regulated by adjusting the target current to a predefinable target position. The pilot valve is connected to the control oil return via a check valve. The check valve only permits fluid flow from the pilot valve toward the control oil return. The check valve is preloaded to a closed position by means of a first spring so that it opens at a predetermined opening pressure. The leakages at the pilot valve from the control oil inlet toward the check valve are designed to be so large that if the pressure at the control oil inlet exceeds the opening pressure by at least 2 bar, the opening pressure of the check valve is present immediately upstream of the check valve.

Hydraulic drive system

A hydraulic drive system raises and lowers an object by supplying and discharging operating oil to and from two ports of an actuator and includes a control device, first to fifth electromagnetic proportional control valves, first and second hydraulic pumps, a first and second control valve, and a lock valve. When a fourth pilot pressure is output, the second control valve causes the operating oil to be discharged from a first port in order to lower the object. The lock valve prevents the operating oil from being discharged from the first port by closing a path between the first port and the second control valve, and when a fifth pilot pressure is output from the fifth electromagnetic proportional control valve per an operating device, discharges the operating oil from the first port by opening the path between the first port and the second control valve, to lower the object.

Steam valve driving apparatus

In a steam valve driving apparatus according to an embodiment, a control valve permits or blocks a flow of hydraulic oil from a supply port to an opening direction piston chamber. A dump valve blocks or permits the flow of the hydraulic oil from the opening direction piston chamber to a discharge port. A blocking valve permits or blocks a flow of the hydraulic oil from an accumulator to a closing direction piston chamber. The control valve permits the flow of control oil from the closing direction piston chamber to the discharge port in a state where the flow of hydraulic oil from the supply port to the opening direction piston chamber is permitted.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM OF CONSTRUCTION MACHINE

A hydraulic system according to one aspect of the present disclosure includes: control valves interposed between a main pump and hydraulic actuators; and solenoid proportional valves connected to pilot ports of the control valves. Among the solenoid proportional valves, a first solenoid proportional valve and a second solenoid proportional valve are connected to a pair of pilot ports of a particular control valve, respectively. The first solenoid proportional valve and the second solenoid proportional valve are directly connected to an auxiliary pump. The solenoid proportional valves except the first solenoid proportional valve and the second solenoid proportional valve are connected to the auxiliary pump via a switching valve. The switching valve includes a pilot port that is connected, by a switching pilot line, to a first pilot line between the first solenoid proportional valve and the particular control valve.

A valve group includes an inlet module and at least one service module connected to the inlet module, the inlet module having a housing, a pressure port, a pressure gallery, a tank port, a tank gallery, a spool movable in the housing to interrupt in a first position a connection between the pressure port and the pressure gallery and to connect in a second position the pressure port and the pressure gallery. A first pressure transducer is provided to detect a first pressure in the pressure gallery and a second pressure transducer is provided to detect a second pressure in the tank gallery, the pressure transducers being connected to a controller determining the position of the spool based on the pressures read from the pressure transducers.

A ram air turbine control valve includes a sleeve, a spool, and a return housing. The sleeve defines a first exit port disposed proximate a first end of the sleeve and defines a second exit port disposed between the first exit port and the first end. The spool is radially contained within the sleeve and is movable between a first position and a second position. The return housing is coupled to the first end of the sleeve and defines a cavity that receives a biasing member that engages the spool.

A hydraulic drive system raises and lowers an object by supplying and discharging operating oil to and from each of two ports of an actuator and includes a control device, first to third electromagnetic proportional control valves, a hydraulic pump, a control valve, and a lock valve. When a second pilot pressure is output, the control valve causes the operating oil to be discharged from a first port in order to lower the object. The lock valve is disposed so as to be able to prevent the operating oil from being discharged from the first port by closing a path between the first port and the control valve, and only when a third pilot pressure is output, allows the operating oil to be discharged from the first port by opening the path between the first port and the control valve.

A hydraulic system includes: a solenoid valve that includes a valve spool configured to slide within a housing, and moves the valve spool to a position corresponding to an operation command input to the solenoid valve; and a control device that outputs the operation command to the solenoid valve. When a predetermined condition is satisfied, the control device outputs a continuously or intermittently changing operation command to the solenoid valve to reciprocate the valve spool from a full open position or a full closed position.

System and method for detecting position of a valve driven by a solenoid linear actuator

A valve assembly includes a valve moveable between an open position where hydraulic fluid flow is permitted and a closed position where hydraulic fluid flow is blocked. A controller includes a magnetometer adapted to measure a magnetic flux through at least a portion of a solenoid linear actuator that moves the valve. A magnetic flux value measured by the magnetometer corresponds to a linear position of the regulating member relative to the port.
