Control apparatus

A control device, in particular for hydraulically controlling components of mobile working machines, has a pressure supply connection (P) and a tank or return connection (T) in addition to two user connections (A, B). Control and/or regulating valves (10, 14, 16, 18) are connected between the individual connections (P, T, A, B). Two control lines (C, Z) can control at least one of the control and/or regulating valves. A modular-type functional block (24, 26) is connected to at least one of the control lines (C, Z).

Universal control circuitry for an electro-hydraulic valve actuator system includes logic gate circuitry to control one or more of a closing solenoid valve, an opening solenoid valve, an emergency shutdown solenoid valve, and a hydraulic fluid pump motor to route hydraulic fluid through a hydraulic circuit to actuate a valve via a hydraulic actuator according to received commands. The universal control circuitry is configured to control operation for multiple different configurations of a hydraulic valve actuator system including double-acting configurations, single-acting spring-to-open configurations, and single-acting spring-to-close configurations, each with or without an emergency shutdown arrangement (which may be configured to trip based on an external shutdown input alone or in combination with a local system power failure), a hydraulic accumulator, and maintained or momentary input commands.

Fluid circuit selection system and fluid circuit selection method

A selection system for hydraulic circuits has a cylinder selection processing unit; a database in which information pertaining to a combination of a plurality of apparatuses is registered in advance; combination selection processing units for reading information pertaining to the combination of the plurality of apparatuses in order of size from the database, and selecting an apparatus; and re-selection processing units for re-selecting an apparatus that is the next size up when a stroke time obtained by a simulation including some of the apparatuses selected by the combination selection unit exceeds an upper-limit stroke time, or when pressure after a return process is less than or equal to minimum working pressure.

Connecting apparatus

A connecting apparatus connects to a main component (10) having a plurality of mutually adjacent fluid passage points (P1, P2, P3, Pn . . . Px). The connecting apparatus has a main body (12) controlling a fluid flow by a valve. A plurality of further fluid passage points (P1, P2, P3, Pn . . . Px) can be connected to each other in a fluid-conducting manner via the functional component (14) with assignable fluid passage points in the main component (10). One shut-off part, which shuts off the respective fluid passage point (P2, P3, Pn . . . Px1) in the main component (10) and/or in the fluid passage point remains unaffected by the functional component (14). In each case a fluid-conducting connection line (30, 32) is inside the main body (12) between the further fluid passage points (P1, P2, P3, Pn . . . Px) and the functional component (14) and can be shut off by a separate shut-off part, as long as the associated connection to the functional component (14) remains unused.

An adaptor is used to couple a prime mover to an actuator. The adaptor includes a first portion that attaches to the prime mover and a second portion that attaches to the actuator. The outer surface of the first portion is defined by at least one flat portion connected by at least one arcuate portion. The second portion has a bore configured to accept the first portion, with an inner surface shaped to complement the outer surface of the first portion. A bore through the first portion accepts a drive shaft of the prime mover therethrough where the drive shaft is configured to engage the actuator.

An electropneumatic positioner for a pneumatic actuator to operate a control device of a processing plant can include two modular pneumatic slots and a pneumatic control output. The two modular pneumatic slots can engage with a respective modular pneumatic component. The two pneumatic slots and the pneumatic components can be modularly matched to one another such that their respective pneumatic interfaces merge into one another when a pneumatic slot is engaged. The pneumatic control output can output a pneumatic control pressure signal to the pneumatic actuator. The two modular pneumatic slots and the pneumatic control output can form a pneumatic series connection.

Hydropneumatic device and assembly kit

A hydropneumatic device having pressure a working part with a working piston guided in the working part and an intensifier part with an intensifier piston guided in the intensifier part. A connecting section for a hydraulic connection of the working part and of the intensifier part provides a connecting line for passage of hydraulic fluid between the working part and the intensifier part. The connecting section includes an adapter component which can be mounted on the working part and the intensifier part, and in the interior of which the connecting line is formed. In the mounted state of the adapter component, an opening, which is provided at the side on the working part, of a hydraulic chamber of the working part is connected, via the connecting line, to an opening, which is provided at the side on the intensifier part, of a hydraulic chamber of the intensifier part.
