Antenna mount kits and antenna mount kit assemblies with equal step tilt adjustment and methods of using the same
The present disclosure describes an antenna mount kit. The antenna mount kit includes pivotally coupled mounting brackets, at least one adjustment bracket, and at least one locking plate. One of the mounting brackets and the at least one adjustment bracket each include a plurality of phase adjustment holes configured to lock an antenna at a desired tilt angle that is adjustable at 1 degree steps for different length antennas. Antenna mount kit assemblies and methods of adjusting the downtilt of an antenna are also provided.
Connecting Arrangement Between Joint Partners in the Chassis Region of a Vehicle That Can Be Braced Separably Against One Another
A connecting arrangement is provided between joining partners which are braced separably against each other in the chassis region of a vehicle, wherein the joining partners are braced against each other via their contact surfaces by at least one releasable fastening element. Hard particles are applied to the contact surface at least of one of the joining partners before the production of the connecting arrangement and therefore before the bracing mounting of the joining partners and of the fastening element. The hard particles at least partially project into the respectively other contact surface as a result of the bracing mounting. The hard particles are applied so as to be at least approximately abrasion-proof, for example by a blasting process.
DEVICES FOR HANGING ITEMS FROM HORIZONTALLY-ORIENTED STRUCTURES, AND ASSOCIATED METHODS
A hanger device structurally configured to couple at an edge of a horizontal support is disclosed and described, the hanger device including a hanger support including a horizontal top support having a planar undersurface structurally configured to rest on an upper surface of the horizontal support when in use and an edge extension extending downwardly from the top support and configured to abut an edge of the horizontal support. The hanger device can further include a lower hanger coupled to and extending downwardly from the edge extension, a lower hook coupled to the lower hanger and oriented to suspend a decorative item therefrom, and an engagement lock slidably coupled to the lower hanger and configured to contact a bottom surface of the horizontal support opposite the horizontal top support to secure the hanger device to the horizontal support.
Component Arrangement
The invention provides an arrangement which has a first component and a second component fastened to each other in a clamping manner. At least the first or second component is a fiber/plastic composite component. The arrangement has a securing element which generates a pressing force that presses the components against each other such that the components are secured to each other in a clamped manner. A friction-coefficient-increasing element is arranged between the first and second components in a pressing region in which the first and second components are pressed against each other by the pressing force. The friction-coefficient-increasing element increases a static friction produced for the pressing force in contrast to a case in which such an element is not arranged in the pressing region. The invention also provides a method for fastening the first component to the second component.
SHELF ATTACHMENT FOR LOUNGE CHAIR
A shelf attachment for use with a beach or lounge chair is formed of one-piece or has a first shelf half and a second shelf half hingedly and foldably connected to the first shelf half. An elongated member extends through interlocking projections extending from the first shelf half and from the second shelf half to hingedly connect the first and second shelf halves. A first clamp assembly is secured to the first shelf half and a second clamp assembly is secured to the second shelf half to mount the shelf to the rail of a chair.
Adjustable beverage holder
A beverage holder configured to accommodate drinking vessels of different sizes and that can be secured on a resting surface includes a hollow tubular body with an open end, a closed end opposite the open end, at least one projection along the inner surface of the hollow tubular body spaced from the closed end, and a removable insert configured to seat within the hollow tubular body against the at least one projection such that the removable insert is spaced from the closed end. The beverage holder may also include at least one suction cup extending from the exterior surface of the closed end.
BONDING CLIP FOR METAL RAIL SPLICES
Bonding clip used to electrically bond metal rails forming frameworks are provided. The bonding clip includes an electrically conductive back pad having a plurality of arms extending from the back pad. Each arm has one or more penetrating projections extending into a receiving zone between the arms. The arms have a lead-in at a free end. The lead-in has one or more penetrating projections extending away from the receiving zone.
MOUNTING ASSEMBLY
Various implementations include a spring biased mounting assembly. The mounting assembly includes a clamp plate with engagement arms extending therefrom and a base plate. The base plate is disposed between the clamp plate and distal ends of the engagement arms. The distal ends of the engagement arms are biased toward a first surface of the base plate. An object, such as a hand held electronic computing device, may be secured between the base plate and the distal ends of the engagement arms. The spring force may be provided by the clamp plate itself (e.g., a spring steel clamp plate) or by a separate spring (e.g., one or more helical springs, leaf springs, or a spring steel plate) disposed between the clamp plate and the base plate.
COATING INCREASING THE FRICTION COEFFICIENT AND PRODUCTION THEREOF BY MEANS OF ATMOSPHERIC PRESSURE PLASMA COATING
The present invention provides an advantageous method for producing a coating (3) increasing the coefficient of friction on a surface (5) of an element (6), wherein the method comprises the following steps: a) activating of hard particles (1) partially or completely covered by a bonding agent (2) in a non-thermal plasma (low-temperature plasma) at atmospheric pressure; and b) producing a layer (3) increasing the coefficient of friction on a surface (5) of the element (6) by depositing the hard particles (1), which are activated by the non-thermal atmospheric pressure plasma and which are coated with the bonding agent onto the surface (5) of the element (6). Specifically, for elements having a complicated shape or having a big size, this method is more efficient than known methods. No matrix or intermediate layers are necessary to fix the hard particles. The anchoring of the hard particles takes place directly in the joining surfaces themselves.
Clip and Clip Arrangement
A clip and clip arrangement for mounting a tubular member to a support member. The clip may have a tubular member receiving portion and a mounting portion. The tubular member receiving portion may have first and second arcuate arms that cooperate to define a cavity for receiving the tubular member. The mounting portion may extend from the tubular member receiving portion and may have an arcuate mounting arm.
