An adjustable mounting system for mounting a control panel on a housing of a home cooking appliance, and a home cooking appliance having an adjustable mounting system, are provided. The adjustable mounting system includes a control panel having a mounting pin extending from a rear surface of the control panel and a mounting box fixed on the housing. The mounting box has a first opening that receives the mounting pin into an interior of the mounting box. The adjustable mounting system includes a locking device that engages the mounting pin and the mounting box and secures the mounting pin in the interior of the mounting box, which secures the control panel to the housing. A movement of the locking device with respect to the mounting box adjusts a position of the control panel with respect to the housing.

The invention provides a radially expanding fastener/alignment plug assembly for use with a torque power tool, the assembly including: a sleeve member (10), insertable into a hole of an object, having radial expansion elements with inner surface portions which are tapered towards a first end; an expanding member (20), insertable in the sleeve member, having an outer surface portion which is tapered towards a first end, cooperating with the inner tapered surface portions of the radial expansion elements of the sleeve member; and a displacement member (30) formed between a second end of the sleeve member and a second end of the expanding member. Advantageously, the assembly is self-reacting allowing an actuation torque to be applied to and reacted upon to create high levels of pulling and expansion force without the need for an external reaction point.

A linear actuation screw having a first end portion, a second end portion on an opposite side as the first end portion, and a sloping intermediate portion between the first end portion and second end portion. The first end portion has a threaded outer wall having a generally constant first diameter over at least a portion of its length and is configured to advance a nut or a sliding member along at least a portion of the first end portion. The second end portion has a threaded outer wall having a generally constant second diameter that is different from the first diameter and is configured to receive a motor fastening nut around it in order to secure the linear actuation screw to a motor. The sloping intermediate portion includes an outer wall that is generally smooth and continuous over at least a majority of the area of the outer wall.
MOUNTING SYSTEM CAPABLE OF RECEIVING THREADED AND THREADLESS POSTS
Techniques are described herein that are capable of enabling a mounting system to receive threaded and threadless posts. The mounting system may have a cavity (a.k.a. void) that is configured to receive such posts. An interior surface of the cavity may include threads to allow corresponding threads of a threaded post to be twisted (e.g., screwed) into the threads of the cavity. The threads of the cavity may be configured to allow a threadless post to pass through the cavity without being encumbered by the threads. The mounting system uses magnetism and a taper of the cavity to facilitate magnetically and frictionally engaging the threadless post in the cavity.

A releasable expansion bolt having an expansion sleeve with a first end, a second end, a cylindrical outer lateral surface and, on the inside, an inner cone section having a cross-sectional area that tapers towards the second end; a cone bolt with a cone section which interacts with the inner cone section for expanding the expansion sleeve as a result of an axial relative movement of the expansion sleeve and the cone bolt; and a tensioning device connected to the first end section of the expansion sleeve for adjusting the cone bolt in the axial direction relative to the expansion sleeve. The tensioning device comprises a pressure bolt held in a form-fitting manner in the axial direction in the area of the first end section of the expansion sleeve and adjustable in the axial direction relative to the expansion sleeve. An outer end of the pressure bolt has a foot opposite the driving contour that acts on the cone bolt when tightening the pressure bolt to expand the expansion sleeve. The end surface of the cone bolt facing the tensioning device has at least one connection contour for connecting, in a form-fitting manner in the axial direction, a connection part of a release tool for releasing the expansion bolt. Also described is a connection arrangement and a method for forming such a connection arrangement.
