ULTRASONIC BONDING JIG, ULTRASONIC BONDING METHOD, AND BONDING STRUCTURE
An ultrasonic bonding jig includes: a plurality of protrusions; and a planar portion among protrusions formed among base ends of the protrusions. The protrusions have side surfaces of tapered surfaces, the side surfaces being positioned in a vibration direction. At the tapered surfaces, an inclination of a tangent at distal ends of the protrusions, with respect to the vibration direction, is larger than an inclination of a tangent at the base ends of the protrusions, with respect to the vibration direction.
Dispenser with metal sheet outer surface, support structure, metal sheet and manufacturing method
A dispenser for storing and dispensing a hygiene product, includes at least one wall having a support structure made at least mainly of plastic material, and at least one metal sheet attached on an outer side of the support structure. The at least one metal sheet includes a rim extending along at least a part of a peripheral side edge of the at least one metal sheet and a plurality of fastening tabs distributed around the peripheral side edge of the at least one metal sheet. The support structure includes at least one groove arranged to receive the rim and a plurality of apertures configured to receive the fastening tabs. Also, a method for manufacturing the dispenser, the support structure with groove and apertures as such, and the metal sheet with a rim and fastening tabs as such is disclosed.
Systems and methods for mounting objects to a structure
A mounting system including a compressible structure having a first surface, a second surface, and at least one boss hole extending through the compressible structure from the first surface to the second surface. The system further including an interior plate mounted on the first surface of the compressible structure, wherein the interior plate includes a boss protruding from the interior plate and into the boss hole of the compressible structure, and an exterior plate mounted on the second surface of the compressible structure and secured to the interior plate against the boss of the interior plate, wherein the compressible structure is compressed a predetermined amount as a function of a length of the boss.
JUNCTION METHOD FOR JOINING MEMBERS CONSTITUTING FRAME STRUCTURE ATTACHED TO AUTOMOBILE, AND FRAME STRUCTURE ATTACHED TO AUTOMOBILE
A side member (example of second member) having a hollow shape is inserted into holes formed in a cross member (example of first member) (member insertion step). The cross member and the side member are joined by caulking by expanding an insertion portion of the side member from the inside of the insertion portion (caulked junction step). The insertion portion of the side member is a portion inserted into the cross member.
CONNECTION ARRANGEMENT, VEHICLE SEAT, METHOD FOR PRODUCING A CONNECTION ARRANGEMENT, AND METHOD FOR CONNECTING TWO COMPONENTS
A connection arrangement, that connects a first component (2) to a second component (3), includes a screw (1) with a screw head (10) and a threaded shaft (11) which has an exterior thread (12). The first component includes a mating connection piece (20), which has a support surface (21) and a collar (23). A depression (22) encircles the collar (23) and is formed in the support surface (21). A protrusion (14) is arranged on a screw head lower face (13), facing the collar (23). The protrusion is operatively connected to the depression (22) in the support surface (21) of the mating connection piece (20) in an assembled state of the screw (1), with the interposition of the second component. A vehicle seat (100) includes the first component and the second component, fixed by the connection arrangement. A methods for producing the connection arrangement and for connecting the components are provided.
ADJUSTABLE CLIP
It is described herein an adjustable rigid clip assembly comprising an anchor plate joined with a connector plate and a slide plate. The anchor plate is joined with the connector plate at a juncture having a juncture angle between the anchor plate and the connector plate in a range of between 0 and less than 180. The connector plate comprises at least one connector plate slot and at least one connector plate lock. The slide plate may comprise at least one slide plate lock. The at least one slide plate lock may be engaged with the at least one connector plate lock. The slide plate may further comprise at least one slide plate tab passing from the slide plate through the at least one connector plate slot.
COLD ROLLED CHANNEL WITHOUT CLIP
A stud bridge member used in the construction industry to span horizontally between studs is disclosed. The stud bridge member has at least one set of notches that engage with the stud and eliminate the use of a stud bridge clip and its associated costs and installation time for that stud.
BRIDGE CLIP
It is described herein a bridge clip comprising a web, a first flange, and a second flange. The web having a web first edge substantially parallel to a web axis, and a web second edge substantially parallel to the web axis. The first flange extends from the web first edge while the second flange extends from the web second edge. Each of the flanges comprises a tab having a vertical tab having a vertical tab face in a vertical tab plane substantially perpendicular to the web axis and oriented in a vertical tab face direction substantially parallel to the web axis. The first vertical tab face direction opposes the second vertical tab face direction. It is also described that there is a positive distance value between the first vertical tab face and the second vertical tab face.
Fastener element for attachment to a component, component assembly including the fastener element and method for the manufacture of the component assembly
A fastener element for attachment to a component, wherein the fastener element has a contact surface which contacts the component in the installed state. Furthermore, the fastener element has a mounting recess which faces the component in the dismantled state. The mounting recess is bounded by at least one sidewall and by a base section. The sidewall is, at least regionally, provided with at least one undercut which is effective in the axial direction of the fastener element. The base section is formed free of any aperture.
Ready-to-assemble furniture
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a ready-to-assemble furniture that can be easily assembled by a user and that can be inexpensively manufactured. The ready-to-assemble furniture, in which a suitable number of wall surface component members that are adjacent with a prescribed included angle are coupled, is configured so that a coupling metal piece having a toughness couples the wall surface component members which are transitioned, by way of lifting operations by an assembler, from a pre-assembled state, which is one wall surface component member stacked on another, or which is a deployed position, to an assembled state having a prescribed included angle, wherein the coupling metal piece maintains the relative position of the wall surface component members by plastically deforming by way of bending stress generated in the coupling metal piece due to the lifting operations.
