IMPROVEMENTS IN OR RELATING TO CONNECTING DEVICES
A connecting device (10) for connecting an article to a carrier (14) is disclosed. The connecting device comprises a securing arrangement (12) for securing the connecting device to the article, and an attaching arrangement (26) for attaching the connecting device to the carrier. The attaching arrangement comprises a first projecting formation (28) for engaging the carrier, and a second projecting formation (32) for insertion through the carrier. When the second projecting formation is inserted through the carrier, a portion of the carrier can be received between the first and second projecting formations, thereby attaching the connecting device to the carrier.
Electronic cigarette device
An electronic cigarette device includes an atomizer and a battery rod, a retaining member is provided on an outer peripheral surface of one end of the atomizer, and an engaging groove is provided on an end surface of one end of the battery rod and configured to accommodate one end of the atomizer, a side wall of the engaging groove is provided with a guide groove extending in a radial direction of the batter rod, a directing groove extending along a circumferential direction of the battery rod and in communication with the guide groove, and a retaining groove for accommodating the retaining member and extending from one end, away from the guide groove, of the directing groove towards the end surface of the battery rod, and a stopper is formed between the guide groove and the retaining groove to prevent the retaining member from moving towards the guide groove.
QUICK RELEASE CONNECTION STRUCTURES, SUPPORT STRUCTURES, AND REMOTE CONTROLLERS
A remote controller includes a handheld device and a support structure detachably coupled to the handheld device. The handheld device includes a quick release base. The support structure includes a clamping mechanism, a connecting shaft coupled to the clamping mechanism, and a locking member sleeved on the connecting shaft and rotatable around the connecting shaft. The locking member is configured to be rotatably switched between a locked state of being engaged with the quick release base and an unlocked state of being separated from the quick release base.
JOINT ASSEMBLY FOR PIECE OF FURNITURE AND PIECE OF FURNITURE
A joint assembly includes a structural body having a key which projects cantilevered from an abutment surface. The key includes a stem with a first stem portion having a reduced transverse encumbrance, and a second stem portion from which fins project and define locking surfaces. A seat body includes an abutment counter-surface facing the abutment surface. A seat is formed by opening from the abutment counter-surface, which delimits a key entry slot. A first seat portion proximate the entry slot allows insertion of the key if the fins are aligned with the entry slot. A second seat portion internal and opposite the entry slot widens to allow free rotation of the key. The seat body forms locking counter-surfaces having an inclined plane portion moving away from the entry slot so that key rotation brings the abutment surface in force-contact against the abutment counter-surface, creating a firm frictional fit.
STIFFENING ASSEMBLY
A stiffening assembly (10) for stiffening an article (12) is disclosed. The stiffening assembly comprises a plurality of main modules (14) arrangeable on the article. Each main module comprises a body (16) and a receiving formation (28) on the body for receiving a portion of the article therethrough. The stiffening assembly further includes a fastening arrangement for fastening the main modules to one another. The fastening arrangement comprises first and second fastening formations (24, 26).
ROTARY MACHINE UNIT
A rotary machine unit equipped with rotary shaft provided so as to penetrate the respective opposing surfaces of a first casing and a second casing arranged opposing one another, said rotary machine unit also being equipped with at least two engagement mechanisms equipped with a first engaging part provided on the opposing surface of the first casing and extending radially along the direction from the center part penetrated by the rotary shaft toward the circumferential edge part, and a second engaging part provided on the opposing surface of the second casing so as to engage the first engaging part in a state in which the first engaging part is able to move in the extension direction of the first engaging part. The engagement mechanisms are provided inclined with respect to one another when viewed from the axial direction of the rotary shaft.
