A gusset structure includes a body having a plate contacting end forming a plate mating surface, and extending from the plate contacting end to a distal end. The body defines a tube mating surface extending between the plate contacting end and the distal end. The plate mating surface engages a plate. The tube mating surface includes a first surface portion and a second surface portion forming an interior surface angle therebetween. The interior surface angle has a vertex disposed on a vertex axis, which intersects the plate mating surface. The first surface portion engages a first side wall of an elongate member. The second surface portion engages a second side wall of the elongate member. The body flares outward from the distal end toward the plate contacting end to distribute stress in the plate from the corner of the elongate member over a larger area.

Structural attachment sealing system

In various representative aspects, the present invention relates generally to a system and apparatuses for sealing a structural attachment to a flat or shingle roof. More specifically, the invention relates to providing the system for sealing structural attachments for solar panel mounts for rail guides. The invention utilizes an adhesive sealant to create a permanent watertight seal at any surface penetration. The system may be used for any structural attachment, fastener, mount, or other penetration that requires sealing. Typical building applications include roof penetrations and wall penetrations for cases such as roof vents, structural attachment, conduit or pipe penetrations, or electrical mounts to name a few.

A spring clamp for removably attaching a camera, decoy or other device to a structural support. The clamp includes two opposing arms, each including a handle component and a jaw component. The clamp can be attached to an apparatus when the two jaw components including Inward facing arcuate jaws with gripping teeth and notches are closed around the apparatus. The clamp is provided with a plurality of threaded inserts at selected positions for supporting a device such as a camera. An adjustable and positionable extension may be removably fastened to the camera mount and the camera is detachably coupled to the extension. This allows an article such as a camera to be situated at any desired angle for taking photographs.

MODULAR LUMINAIRE HEAD

A luminaire head comprising: a mounting plate made of a thermally conductive material and having a first surface and a second surface; a light module provided at the first surface of the mounting plate comprising a support substrate in contact with the first surface of the mounting plate such that the support substrate and the mounting plate are thermally connected, at least one light emitting element disposed on the support substrate, a cover comprising a portion in a transparent or a translucent material, said cover extending over the support substrate and being fixed to the mounting plate such that light emitted by the at least one light emitting element is emitted through the portion in a transparent or a translucent material, a seal arranged between the cover and the first surface of the mounting plate; said seal surrounding the support substrate.

PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEM AND ASSOCIATED USE

For the economical and energy-efficient use of a PV system having upright, in particular bifacial, PV modules and to substantially avoid shading of the PV modules, a supporting structure which is simple to manufacture and install is provided, that is constructed by vertical posts, which are connected to one another at intersecting points, and horizontally running cross-members such that rectangular mounting areas are provided for the individual PV modules. The posts and cross-members are formed in a material-saving manner by conventional profiles, and a division of the posts into two interconnectable sections substantially facilitates the assembly. An electrical connection is provided such that active surfaces which are arranged one above another can be operated at different electrical operating points and such that electrical lines are formed which are operated separately from one another and are arranged in a horizontally running manner. This minimizes effects of shading of PV modules on the efficiency of the energy conversion.

WIRE UNIT

Provided is a wiring unit that reduces spatial constraints and makes it possible to easily perform wiring work. The wiring unit is provided with: a plate on which a support surface for supporting electrical wires is formed; and a holding member for holding the electrical wires between the support surface and said holding member. The holding member comprises a plurality of holding pieces protruding from the support surface side. After being collapsed from an upright orientation in which the holding pieces stand upright so as to demarcate a guidance space in which the electrical wires are guided toward the support surface side, each of said holding pieces presses the electrical wires toward the support surface side and deforms toward a holding orientation in which the electrical wires are restricted from lifting up from the support surface.

PLAYGROUND

The invention relates to a playground comprising a number of pillars of a circular cross sectional area, and a series of playground elements including floor panels and side panels, and a series of brackets for attachment of the playground elements to the pillars. The brackets comprise an element coupling portion adapted to be fastened to a playground element and a pillar coupling portion adapted to be fastened to a side portion of a pillar. Here, the pillar coupling portion comprising a contact face curved to lie against pillar and a boring for receiving a fastening member which is oriented such that the bracket when fastened to the pillar is attached by the fastening member inserted from the bracket and into the pillar in a radial direction of the pillar. The series of brackets comprises brackets with element coupling portions adapted to be fastened to each of the playground elements in the series of playground elements, and all the brackets in the series comprise essentially identical pillar coupling portions such that all the brackets are adapted to be attached to the pillars in the same way. The invention also relates to a method of assembling such a playground. The series of playground elements may include floor panels, side panels, a series of bars of predefined diameters and chains.

CLAMP ASSEMBLY FOR MOUNTING PANELS TO I-BEAMS

A clamp assembly is provided for securing a panel or fairing to an I-beam, and comprises a pair of side blocks and a clamping block, together with a single bolt to secure them in place. Each of the side blocks as an inclined wedge surface, and the T-shaped clamping block has similarly sloped wedge surfaces along the sides of the leg of the T. When a bolt this passed through side legs of the side blocks, and through or under the clamping block, a sliding and wedging action between the inclined and sloped wedge surfaces occurs. Moreover, a clamping action between the top surface of the clamping block and the lower surface of the lower flanges of the I-beam is also induced.
