DUAL CURE SYSTEM FOR THE CHEMICAL FASTENING OF AN ANCHORING MEANS IN A BOREHOLE
A two-component system can be used for the chemical fastening of an anchor in a borehole by dual cure curing. The dual cure curing used is a combination of radical polymerization and ring-opening olefin metathesis polymerization (ROMP).
Device and method for improving adhesive anchor performance
A cured concrete and stone bore working tool and method of forming radially oriented discontinuities in a bore or perforation formed in a cured concrete or stone material such that, after use or application of the tool, the perforation formed in the cured concrete or stone material is configured to provide a non-planar adhesive interface and isolate a properly sized anchor or fastener from direct contact with the wall of the bore. Fasteners or anchors adhesively secured in bores previously treated with the bore treating tool exhibit improved creep failure performance as compared to fasteners adhesively secured to untreated bores.
Fixation of a battery module in a battery module compartment of an energy storage system
In an embodiment, an expansion component (e.g., expanding foam element, inflatable pad, a pneumatic or hydraulic mechanism, etc.) is arranged inside of a battery module compartment (e.g., on a bottom interior surface of the battery module compartment). A battery module is inserted into the battery module component and is fixated, or secured, within the battery module compartment at least in part based upon the expanding component which starts to expand or continues to expand after the insertion. In a further embodiment, the battery module may be removed from the battery module compartment after a contraction function (e.g., collapse of the foam element, deflation of the inflatable pad, etc.) of the expansion component is initiated.
Wall mounting assembly
A mounting assembly is provided for securing an element to a wall structure having a laminate outer cover residing adjacent to an internal thickness of compressible material. The assembly includes an anchor for engaging the wall structure and comprising a threaded outer wall for securing the anchor within the wall thickness, an elongated internal passageway for receiving an extent of an elongated fastener, and a deformable upper crown arranged about an open end of the passageway; a strut assembly coupled to the supported element; and an elongated fastener for securing the strut assembly to the anchor and wall structure. Other embodiments include a fastener assembly kit comprising a plurality of separate components to be assembled together to mount a strut member to a laminated foam wall panel, the components including an anchor, a washer assembly, a spacer, and an elongated fastener for securing the components to the wall panel.

ANCHOR ROD FOR A CHEMICAL ANCHOR SYSTEM
The invention relates to an anchor rod (10) for a chemical anchor system for use in a bore hole filled with mortar mass, which anchor rod has an anchoring region (12), which comprises the front end (16) of the anchor rod (10), and a connecting region (14), which has a thread (24) and, at the front end of the connecting region, a transition region (28), wherein the thread (24) is provided at least partially in the transition region (28) and is sealed with a coating (30) in the transition region (28).
CYCLOALIPHATIC-BASED EPOXY ADHESIVE COMPOSITION
A new adhesive composition comprising a cycloaliphatic-based epoxy composition, which is particularly suitable for use as a structural adhesive in anchoring applications.
Seal coated devices
An activatable material coated device comprising a device and an activatable material, comprising at least about 5.5% or greater blowing agent, blowing agent accelerator or both. The activatable material is milled into a particulate size of from about 500 microns to about 10000 microns and the device is heated to a temperature of at least about 30 C. but below an activation temperature of the activatable material and contacted with the particulate of the activatable material, adhering the activatable material to the device.
Adhesive Anchor
Disclosed are example aspects of a method, process and machine to anchor objects to a surface using an encapsulated compound such as adhesive, expanding glue, hardening agent or other reactive and/or bonding substance intended for single use in a single anchor installation. A method of using an anchor with an encapsulated substance can comprise the steps of encapsulating a substance within an anchor and releasing the encapsulated substance through the insertion of a fastener into the anchor.
Wall-mounted washing machine and installation method thereof
A fastener kit can securely affix a washing machine on a lightweight wall. The washing machine includes a rear panel for coupling to the wall through the fastener kit. A tub configured to contain washing water may be integrally formed with the rear panel. The fastener kit has one end section equipped with a sleeve that can radially expand to form tight contact with the inner surface of a fastening hole on the lightweight wall. The other end section of the fastener kit is coupled to the rear panel. The lightweight wall may be porous with regular or irregular cavities.
