METHOD FOR NON-PENETRATION JOINING OF MEMBERS AND NON-PENETRATION JOINING STRUCTURE
20200108527 · 2020-04-09 · ·

There is provided a method for non-penetration joining of members. The method includes: keeping a joining member having a protruding part by a receiving mold so that the protruding part is exposed; placing a joined member over the joining member so that the protruding part of the joining member is positioned in a blind hole of the joined member, and compressing the joined member against the receiving mold to plastically deform the joined member and the joining member at the same time and to wrap excess thickness of the joined member around an undercut part while forming the undercut part on the joining member, thereby non-detachably joining both the members.

JOINING METHOD FOR MEMBERS

A joining method for members according to the present invention includes: providing a steel component including insertion holes, an aluminum pipe having a hollow shape, and a support component; inserting the aluminum pipe into the insertion holes of the steel component; and enlarging the aluminum pipe through deformation and joining the aluminum pipe to the steel component by press-fitting. The press-fit joining is performed while at least part of the support component is disposed in a press-fitting region.

FLANGE MEMBER AND FLANGE FORMING METHOD
20200101406 · 2020-04-02 ·

A structure in which no shearing force acts on each member is desired to be used at a welded part where a stress is liable to be concentrated. To solve this problem, the flange member includes a cap member, a ring member, and sheet-shaped thermoplastic resin member. At least one end of the thermoplastic resin member includes a protruding part that protrudes from an end surface of the cap member and from an end surface of the ring member. The protruding part is welded to the end surface of the cap member and to the end surface of the ring member.

ANCHOR PLATFORM ASSEMBLY
20200087918 · 2020-03-19 ·

An anchor platform assembly for anchoring an object to a raised, generally flat roof-like structure, has an anchor baseplate having a top surface and a bottom surface, and an internally threaded blindbore extending at least partially from the top surface generally towards the bottom surface and fasteners for fastening an object to the anchor baseplate via its blindbore, and for fastening the anchor baseplate to a top surface of a roof-like structure. The assembly is especially intended for supporting, e.g., glass railings on balconies, terraces and flat roofs and for mounted solar panels on both flat and pitched roofs which provides strength and affords watertight performance.

WIRE UNIT

A support structure including a cylindrical insertion hole. Collars each having a flange formed at one end are press-fitted from both ends of the insertion hole, and fixing means are inserted into the collars. One end of the insertion hole is formed as a small diameter portion, and another end thereof is formed as a large diameter portion. The collars include a small diameter collar of which a press-fit portion has an outer diameter which is press-fitted into an inner diameter of the small diameter portion, and a large diameter collar of which a press-fit portion has an outer diameter which is press-fitted into an inner diameter of the large diameter portion.

Adjustment mechanism for an occupant support

A height adjustment device of a motor vehicle seat and a method for the production thereof includes a transverse pipe and a pair of links. The transverse pipe has two end-side bearing regions which merge in a central region having a larger diameter and each link rests on a bearing region of the transverse pipe.

A combined anchor and fastener that includes an anchor baseplate having a top surface and a bottom surface and at least one throughbore extending from the top surface to the bottom surface thereof. An elongated post is coupled to the anchor baseplate having a first end and a second end and an at least partially threaded, internal cylindrical bore for receipt therein of a mechanical fastener. The bore extends from the first end of the post towards the second end thereof with said post internal bore being in alignment and registry with the anchor baseplate throughbore. The post has a second end portion depending from said bottom surface of said anchor baseplate. The bottom surface of the anchor baseplate is configured to allow at least a portion of the concrete structure to abut and lie generally flush thereagainst except for the area of said bottom surface thereof which is covered by the post. An anchor is provided for anchoring the anchor baseplate to a concrete structure. A method of anchoring and fastening an object to a concrete structure is also disclosed.

Assembly, shock absorber, and method for manufacturing assembly

This assembly includes a plurality of stacked circular members, and a fixing pin that is disposed inside each of the circular members to arrange and integrate each of the circular members in an axial direction thereof. The fixing pin includes a shaft portion extending in the axial direction, a flange portion extending radially outward from one end side of the shaft portion, a recessed portion that is provided on an end face of the shaft portion on the other side and has a non-circular cross-section orthogonal to the axial direction, and one or a plurality of protruding portions that are provided on an outer circumferential portion of the shaft portion on the other end side and protrude radially outward from an inner circumferential surface of each of the circular members.

Joined body and method for producing same

A joined body includes a tubular first member, and a second member including a plate-shaped wall portion in which a through-hole is formed, the first member being inserted into the through-hole. The collar member is interposed between the first member and the second member in at least a part of the hole peripheral wall of the through-hole. The first member and the second member are joined by expanding the first member at a portion corresponding to the through-hole.
