Span-wise extending pin for joining rotor blade segments
A span-wise extending pin for joining blade segments of a rotor blade includes a distal portion having a length defined by a first end and an opposing, second end. The distal portion has a conical shape extending for at least a portion of the length thereof for providing ease of insertion of the pin into a pin joint slot of one of the first and second blade segments. The pin also includes a pin portion adjacent to the distal portion. The pin portion includes a first section and a second section. The second section is configured for securing within a beam structure of the first blade segment. The first section extends span-wise from a receiving end of the beam structure. The pin also includes a proximal portion having at least a rod member that extends span-wise through and secures together the pin portion and the distal portion.

System for securing a pivoting bolt to a vehicle frame, vehicle frame for connecting a pivoting bolt and method for mounting a pivoting bolt to a vehicle frame
A system for securing a pivoting bolt to a vehicle frame, on which, in a mounted state, a link element, is mounted pivotably, including a sleeve element for receiving the pivoting bolt, wherein a collar region is provided or formed on the sleeve element, wherein the collar region is configured in such a manner that, in a mounted state, the collar region interacts in a form-fitting manner with a vehicle-frame-side engagement region, including a protrusion or an indentation, in order to avoid twisting of the sleeve element.

Guidance apparatus for assembly of construction panels
An apparatus guides first and second assembly components into a predetermined configuration, each assembly component including an opening. When the assembly components are aligned into the predetermined configuration, their openings align to define a cavity for receiving a stepped dowel to fasten the components together. The guiding apparatus includes a stepped dowel member having successively-smaller dowel sections, and a collar member floating around the base of the stepped dowel member. The stepped dowel member tip can be passed through the first assembly component opening and inserted into the second assembly component opening, drawing the components into the predetermined configuration. When the components are aligned into the predetermined configuration, the collar member engages the first assembly component opening and the stepped dowel member engages the second assembly component opening. The guiding apparatus can be disengaged, freeing the dowel-receiving cavity to accept a stepped dowel for fastening the assembly components together.
Spring arm sleeve
A spring arm sleeve, with which a joining element of a joining device is positionable and which comprises the following features: a tubular section which is formed by a circumferential or all-round wall, the circumferential wall comprises in the circumferential direction a plurality of U-shaped apertures regularly spaced apart from one another, which form a plurality of one-sidedly fastened spring arms which are inclined radially inwards into the tubular section and extend from a fixed end in a first longitudinal direction.
Guide pin and manufacturing method therefor
The present invention discloses a guide pin, which comprises a base support layer (1) and a protective layer (2). The base support layer (1) is a rod-shaped structure. The protective layer (2) tightly wraps the surface of the base support layer (1). A manufacturing method for the guide pin made of various materials is also disclosed. The guide pin manufactured by the method of the present invention is not prone to bending or deformation and has good corrosion resistance and acid/alkaline resistance properties; it is wear resistant and has of extended service life; it is easy to be processed and is low in cost.
Mounting system with self aligning cam system
A mounting system having a dual plunger arrangement wherein the side of each plunger has a pull down cam to provide a desired pull down action in relation to at least two studs, the cams moving relative to one another and axially aligning relative to one another relative to the two axially spaced pull down studs to allow the plungers to provide a maximum hold down force for the two pull down studs, balance the hold down forces thereby maximizing performance and reducing unlocking forces.
