NOZZLE SYSTEM FOR A TEXTILE MACHINE, SCREW SYSTEM FOR A QUICK FASTENING SYSTEM, AND TEXTILE MACHINE COMPRISING SAID NOZZLE SYSTEM

The invention relates to a nozzle system (100) for a textile machine. The nozzle system (100) comprises at least one nozzle element (1) and a connecting element (2) for connecting the nozzle element (1) to a textile machine. The connecting element (2) comprises at least one quick fastening system (3). The quick fastening system (3) comprises a first and a second position. In the first position, the quick fastening system (3) is connected to the connecting element (2) so that the nozzle element (1) can be fastened to the quick fastening system (3) in such a way that the nozzle element (1) can be removed without auxiliary means. The quick fastening system (3) is designed in such a way that in the second position the nozzle element (1) is immovably fastened to the connecting element (2).

FIXING COMPONENT

A fixing component for releasably fixing an object housed within a hollow portion of a housing unit is provided with an opening narrower than the inside thereof. The fixing component has a head disposed rotatably at the opening of the housing unit. The head has a head main body disposed between the opposing surfaces of the opening. On the side peripheral surface of the head main body, radially loose-fit portions, which are loosely fitted between the opposing surfaces of the opening, and radially locked portions, which are locked between the opposing surfaces of the opening, are provided in the circumferential direction, and at positions corresponding to the radially locked portions of the head, axially locked portions, which protrude outward from the radially locked portions in the radial direction, are provided to allow attachment/detachment of the housed object and prevent the housed object from falling through the opening.

FIXING COMPONENT

A fixing component for releasably fixing an object housed within a hollow portion of a housing unit is provided with an opening narrower than the inside thereof. The fixing component has a head disposed rotatably at the opening of the housing unit. The head has a head main body disposed between the opposing surfaces of the opening. SPLICE FOR CABLE TRAY AND CABLE TRAY ASSEMBLY INCLUDING SAME

The present disclosure provides a cable tray assembly comprising a cable tray splice, first cable tray section, and second cable tray section adjacent the first cable tray section with both sections having a bottom wall. The cable tray splice couples to the bottom walls. The cable tray splice may include at least two fasteners and a splice body configured to engage adjacent cable tray sections. The fasteners are configured to couple the splice body to the adjacent cable tray sections and include a spring producing a biasing force against the splice body. The disclosure provides a method to form a cable tray assembly including positioning the two cable tray sections end-to-end, positioning a splice body on bottom walls of the two cable tray sections, inserting a fastener through aligned openings in the splice body and the bottom walls, and applying a spring biasing force to the splice body.

The fitting portion has a helical groove configured to be screwed with the helical protrusion. A radius of the fitting hole is less than the radius of the come-off prevention portion, and a radius of the to-be-fitted hole is not less than the radius of the come-off prevention portion.

The fastening structure is fastening one member and another member via a fastening member, and includes: a fitting portion having a fitting hole; a to-be-fitted portion having a to-be-fitted hole; and the fastening member inserted into the fitting hole. The fastening member has: a trunk portion, between one end and another end of the fastening member; a tool groove at the one end; a come-off prevention portion at the other end, the come-off prevention portion having a greater radius than a radius; and a helical protrusion at a part of the trunk portion. The fitting portion has a helical groove configured to be screwed with the helical protrusion. A radius of the fitting hole is less than the radius of the come-off prevention portion, and a radius of the to-be-fitted hole is not less than the radius of the come-off prevention portion.

Fastener includes a locking member that has a stud end configured to rest on the bottom edges of the apertures and a fastener end configured to attach to the joining member, holding the joining member in position within the apertures when the joining member is engaged within the apertures; the fastener end may include a clip.

A scaffolding tube clamp having a pair of body portions defining a top and a base that are hinged together and receivable about a scaffolding tube. A rotatable bolt is received through a hole in the top a hole in the base portion. The bolt has a lower end with engagement means to releasably secure the bolt to the base. The bolt's head has a lower surface that is engageable with a surface on the top. The lower surface of the head, and the surface of the top that is engaged thereby, have complimentary ramped configurations such that when the bolt is rotated the ramps engage, resulting in the ramps moving the top toward the base. In an alternate embodiment the bolt is threaded with two sets of threads that have different diameters and different pitches and that are threadably received within the holes in the top and bottom.
