Mill Liner Installation
The present disclosure relates to a method for use in installation of a mill liner, the method including (a) retaining a mounting bolt at least partially within a liner opening extending through the mill liner, (b) positioning the mill liner against a mill shell so that the retained mounting bolt is aligned with a mill shell opening extending through the mill shell, (c) selectively coupling an extraction tool to the mounting bolt, the coupling performed by an operator outside of the mill shell, (d) detaching the mounting bolt from the liner using the extraction tool; (e) pulling the mounting bolt through the mill shell opening so that at least a portion of the mounting bolt protrudes outside of the mill shell, and, (e) securing a fastener onto the mounting bolt to thereby attach the mill liner to the mill.
Camera mounting system
A device for mounting an action camera to a protrusion includes a fastener and a mounting arm configured to be secured to the action camera. The mounting arm has a first opening configured to accommodate a fastener. An upper bracket has a second opening positioned to be aligned with the first opening and configured to accommodate the fastener. A lower bracket is configured to be selectively secured to the upper bracket. The upper bracket and the lower bracket are configured to surround and frictionally engage the protrusion.
SUPER WING BOLT
Provided is a super wing nut bolt. The super wing holt comprises a head, two wings that extend transversely from opposite sides of the head, a tightening hole that passes perpendicular through the head between the two wings, a tightening slot in a first top surface of the head, a polygonal-sided shaft that extends downward from the head and a threaded hole that passes axially through the shaft.
Super wing nut
Provided are a super wing nut and a super wing bolt that may be used both separately and in conjunction with each other. The super wing nut comprises a head, two wings that extend transversely from opposite sides of the head, a tightening hole that passes perpendicular through the head between the two wings, a tightening slot in a top surface of the head, a polygonal sided shaft that extends downward from the head, and a threaded shaft that extends downward from the polygonal sided shaft. FASTENER AND INTERFACE CARD
A fastener including a screw part and a handle part. The screw part includes a head portion and a body portion that are connected to each other. A diameter of the body portion is smaller than a diameter of the head portion. The head portion includes a recess on a side of the head portion located away from the body portion. The handle part is pivotally connected to the head portion and pivotable between an operation position and a bent-down position. When the handle part is in the operation position, the handle part is partially located on a side of the head portion located away from the body portion. When the handle part is in the bent-down position, the handle part is located away from the side of the head portion located away from the body portion.
THREE-POINT FASTENER
Fasteners are disclosed for reducing mass of the fastener, while being configured for use with standard torque delivery tools. The fasteners include non-torque bearing surfaces disposed between torque bearing surfaces.
FASTENER HAVING IMPROVED WOBBLE CONTROL, FASTENING SYSTEM INCLUDING THE SAME, AND METHOD OF FORMING THE SAME
A fastener including a first recess and a second recess adjacent the first recess. The first recess includes a side surface defining a shape of the first recess and a stability surface oriented at an angle of greater than 1 and less than or equal to 89 relative to a major axis of the fastener.
Self-Drilling Ground Screw
A self-drilling ground screw for electrical grounding. The self-drilling ground screw includes a shaft having a proximal end and a distal end, wherein a head is affixed to the proximal end. The shaft further includes a threaded portion and a drill bit portion thereon, wherein threading is disposed about the shaft along the threaded portion. The drill bit portion includes spiral cutting edges therealong. A protrusion extends from the distal end, wherein the protrusion tapers to a point.
SCREW COMPRISING ASSOCIATED SCREWDRIVER OR BIT
A screw including an associated screwdriver or bit, wherein the screw head is designed in such a way that for any screwdrivers or bits, specifically having a slotted head, one-way slotted head, cross head (Phillips), torx, internal square (Robertson), internal hexagon (Inbus), torq-set, Pozidrive or tightener, sufficient contact surfaces are provided in order to transmit the torque from the screwdriver or bit to the screw head.
