Bolt and fastening structure
To threadedly engage a bolt and a female screw with each other, thereby making it possible to shave off a deposit on the inner surface of the female screw and to make it easy for a worker to sense the seating, there is provided a bolt including a shaft 2 and a head, wherein a first thread 11 is provided on a head side of the shaft, and at least one of a thread provided larger in diameter than the first thread and a thread provided wider than the first thread is provided on a tip end side of the shaft.
Bolt for peeling coating film
A bolt for peeling a coating film of the present invention includes notch parts for peeling a coating film, the notch parts being formed over a plurality of pitches at top parts of screw threads in a male screw part formed in a shaft part. The bolt is characterized in that the respective notch parts formed over the plurality of pitches are arranged to be greatly inclined at an angle of 40 to 50 to an axial line of the shaft part. Since the respective notch parts can be rolled sequentially, it is possible to form the notch parts to be deeper and sharper than conventional ones and to enhance the coating film peeling performance. Also, the coating film peeled can be discharged efficiently as compared with conventional cases.
CAPTIVE BOLT ASSEMBLY FOR UTILITY BOXES
A durable captive bolt assembly for use with subterranean utility boxes is described. The disclosed bolt assembly includes a fastener, a conical spring, a rigid washer, a deformable washer, and a bushing. The point and threads of the fastener are designed to clear debris from an internally threaded nut and reduce or eliminate cross threading, galling, and electrolysis.
Coating system component comprising at least one holding part
A coating system applicator component, e.g. a valve or bell cup, which may be used to be wetted and/or flown through at least in some sections by a coating agent, is provided. The applicator component includes a cylindrical holding part configured to releasably couple a mount of the coating system, as well as an applicator thread on the holding part. The applicator thread includes first and second applicator flank surfaces each obliquely oriented to a radial direction of the holding part, the first and second applicator flank surfaces being asymmetric about the radial direction of the holding part. The first and second applicator flank surfaces are configured to be parallel to and interface with first and second mount flank surfaces of a thread of the mount, respectively, upon a coaxial, threaded engagement between the holding part and the mount.
COATING AGENT DEVICE AND COATING DEVICE
Various exemplary illustrations of a coating agent device are disclosed. In one example, a coating agent device may be a coating agent valve, e.g., for influencing the discharge of a coating agent. The coating agent device may include a plug-in or pluggable fastening base configured to facilitate a plug-in or pluggable mounting of the coating agent device. In some examples, the coating agent device may prevent relative rotation of the device relative to a mating component.

Bolt
The bolt of the present invention can reliably peel coating even when fastened with a low torque, and can secure sufficient conductivity. A coating peeling part for peeling coating is formed at a tip end of an axis part in which a regular screw part is formed. The coating peeling part includes crushing parts having a trapezoidal top part and having a flank which is projected at a different angle with respect to the flank of the regular screw part; and a protruding part which is arranged adjacent to the crushing parts and whose top part projects beyond the outer diameter of the regular screw part.

Seizure prevention bolt
There is provided a seizure prevention bolt capable of preventing seizure caused by oblique insertion as well as seizure caused by invasion of a foreign matter such as a spatter. An incomplete screw portion having an outer diameter d that is larger than an inner diameter D.sub.1 of a female screw and smaller than (D+D.sub.1)/2 is formed at a front end of a normal screw portion formed in a bolt shaft over one or more pitches, and a vertical groove for cutting out a foreign matter such as a spatter is formed in the incomplete screw portion. D in the above expression is a nominal diameter of the bolt.
