Securement hook
A securement hook is disclosed herein having five sides and allowing for multiple interior voids therein insertion and connection with hooks or loops, and combinations therein, for use in securement of a load during transit or any other use requiring a high strength compact securement device attachable to cables, ropes or straps.
MOUNTING APPARATUS WITH BUBBLE REMOVAL MECHANISM
Mounting apparatuses and systems including mounting apparatuses and electronic devices. The mounting apparatus may include a flexible pad comprising a back surface coated with a removable and reusable adhesive and a front surface; a backing patch affixed to the front surface of the flexible pad; and a coupler affixed to and extending outwardly from the backing patch.
Board holder
A device for holding, storing and displaying surfboards, skateboards, snowboards, SUP's, wakeboards, skimboards, and other recreational sporting boards, mountable on walls, ceilings and other surfaces, and comprised of cast rubber, flexible polyurethane or similar material.
Safe soft hooks
A safe soft hanger hook for hanging small object replacing metal hanger hooks retaining a variety of shapes which reduces risks and hazards to children and small pets who might attempt to consume them, reduces the potential of damage to household appliances used to clean floors and carpets, and will not penetrate the skin in the event the safe hanger hook is stepped on, the safe soft hanger hooks made of a material which dissolves and softens when exposed to moisture, water or saliva, the safe hanger hooks being recyclable and disposed of in an ecological manner.
Hook apparatus
There is provided a hook apparatus. A metal bracket is fixed to a vehicle body with a resin case mounted thereon. A shaft is supported by the bracket. A hook including a pair of opposed surfaces and a pair of shaft hole parts formed in the opposed surfaces and is capable of inserting the shaft therethrough. The hook is supported rotatably on the bracket through the shaft. The case includes an elastic piece extending along the rotation shaft direction and capable of coming into elastic contact with the hook. The elastic piece includes radial-direction contact parts capable of coming into contact with sliding contact surfaces respectively formed in the hook around the shaft hole parts in a radially inward direction from outside in a radial direction; and axial-direction contact parts coming into contact with the opposed surfaces of the hook formed around the shaft hole parts.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS ASSOCIATED WITH A UTILITY HOOK
Embodiments disclose a utility hook with a first end that is orthogonal to a second end, wherein a slanted shaft is positioned between the first end and the second end
Hanger for mounting to an upstanding post
In some embodiments, apparatuses and methods are provided herein useful for stable hanging of objects with relatively wide hanging surfaces. In some embodiments, hangers are described herein with a platform hanging portion that provides a user with a wide hanging surface that can be used to support the relatively wide hanging surfaces. The platform portion can further restrict movement of the object, such as laterally and/or forwardly/rearwardly.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR SUSPENSION OF A SUSPENDED CEILING AND A SUSPENDED CEILING
A device for suspension of a suspended ceiling, comprising an elongated suspension member (3) having a first end (10) and an opposing second end (11), an anchoring head (4) being arranged at the first end (10); a housing (2) having an open top side (5) and an opposed, closed bottom side (6), the (2) housing defining a housing cavity (7) adapted to be filled with an adhesive (16); and a suspension member holder (8). A passage (9) is provided extending through the closed bottom side (6) of the housing (2), wherein the elongated suspension member (3) in an assembled state of the device extends through the passage (9) with the first end (10) positioned inside the housing cavity (7) and the second end (11) positioned outside the housing cavity (7) and wherein the suspension member holder (8) in the assembled state of the device positions the first end (10) and the thereto arranged anchoring head (4) of the suspension member (3) at a distance H1 from the closed bottom side (6). The invention also relates to a suspended ceiling system comprising such a device as well as a method for suspending a suspended ceiling in a structural ceiling.
Rapid escape anchor
A self-righting rapid escape anchor including a shank and an integral hook, together forming front and rear sides, right and left sides, a lower end having a rope hole for passing a safety rope, a body slot in the shank, a saddle slot in the hook, and a tip holder at the terminal end of the hook for removably attaching a hardened steel piercing tip. The weight distribution of the tip in relation to the shank and hook induces rotation about the longitudinal axis of the anchor to place the anchor in a point down orientation when it is pulled longitudinally by a rope attached to the rope hole.
FIRE FIGHTER'S PERSONAL ESCAPE SYSTEM
A wearable lightweight fire fighter's personal escape system and method includes a rope, having a distal and proximal end, organized in parallel segments disposed in an inner pouch. The inner pouch is entirely contained in an outer pouch that is appointed to be removably attached to a belt or harness, worn by a fire fighter. The proximal end of the rope exits through an opening in the inner pouch and outer pouch and is attached directly to a lightweight hook, or optionally enters a belay device. The hook has a sharp point for creating a purchase point on soft surfaces, a hook opening having sufficient diameter to surround radiators, steam pipe and the like, and capture rope that surrounds substantial objects. The hook has a central opening appointed for holding a firefighting tool to aid in creating a substantial object. The fire fighter escapes by creating a purchase point and repelling at a high speed or at a controlled speed by adjusting belay friction.
