Self-contained stud adhesive bonding apparatus and method of use
A self-contained stud adhesive bonding apparatus enables an externally threaded stud to be adhesively attached to a separate surface in an adverse environment for an adhesive, such as the vacuum of space.
WIRE TIE WITH ADHESIVE
A tie article has a substantially elongated configuration having opposed first and second longitudinal edges. The tie article includes a base layer, a cover layer, a closure device, an adhesive and an extension. The base layer includes a central segment and two arm segments, each of the arm segments extending from opposing sides of the central segment. The cover layer overlaps the base layer. The closure device is sandwiched between the base layer and the cover layer so that the base layer and cover layer are bonded together around the closure device. The adhesive is disposed on the central segment of the base layer. The extension is of either or both of the base layer and cover layer and extends beyond at least one of the first and second longitudinal edges. A method is described for attaching a second item to a first item with a tie article.
Strain relieved mounting method and apparatus for screen material
A method of mounting screen material may include a screen mounted to a frame at multiple mounting points. One embodiment may include mounting patches attached along the perimeter of the screen. These mounting patches may be strain relieved in order to enable rolling the screen without sacrificing the in-plane rigidity of the patches when the screen is mounted to a frame. Stated differently, the strain relieved patches may reduce the strain on the screen in the circumstance the screen is rolled onto a core. The mounting patches may be strain relieved by locating notches or slits in the mounting patch.
Stick-on hangers for layflat ducting system
An system for drying a wet area of a building includes an elongated flexible duct and a plurality of hanger structures engaged with the duct at locations spaced therealong. Each hanger structure includes a connector tab adapted for engagement with a suspension member and a pair of diverging adhesive panels for adhesive engagement with the duct. The suspension members engage ceiling members to support the duct from an air source to the wet area.
Electrical wire guiding apparatus
An electrical wire guiding apparatus includes: an electrical wire guiding body that is configured by coupling multiple link members in a single line so as to be capable of undergoing curving deformation, and that receives insertion of electrical wires; a self-adhesive cloth member that has stretchability and is wrapped around the electrical wire guiding body in the circumference direction so as to envelop the electrical wire guiding body; and clips (fixing means) for fixing the self-adhesive cloth member to the electrical wire guiding body. The self-adhesive cloth member is wrapped around the electrical wire guiding body in the circumference direction so as to envelop it. Also, the self-adhesive cloth member is fixed to the link members by the clips, and therefore there is no risk of detachment from the electrical wire guiding body or becoming twisted.
Stemware stabilizer
A stemware stabilizer apparatus engages a piece of stemware between the stem and foot of the stemware to prevent tipping over. The stabilizer apparatus includes a stabilizer body having an upper side and a lower side. A contact surface is defined on the lower side of the stabilizer body. The contact surface is positioned to contact the upper side of a foot on stemware. A stem receiver slot is defined in the stabilizer body allowing passage of the stem. The stem protrudes upwardly through the slot when the apparatus is installed on the stemware. A concave chamber is defined by the lower side of the stabilizer body shaped to at least partially receive the foot. The stabilizer body applies a downward force against the foot and includes a sufficiently heavy material to prevent the stemware from tipping over under some conditions.
MAGNETIC MOUNTING SYSTEM AND METHOD
The disclosure includes in one aspect a mounting sticker comprising a non-adhesive front side defined by a planar sticker body and a rear side defined by the planar sticker body and including a planar magnetically receptive member disposed thereon with the magnetically receptive member completely peripherally surrounded by a portion of the sticker body, at least a portion of the sticker body defining the rear side comprising an adhesive. The sticker body can define a teardrop shape having a circular head portion with a peeling tip extending from the head portion and terminating at a point defined by an acute angle or can be circular.
Magnetic backsplash device
A magnetic backsplash device facilitates placement of a decorative and easy to clean backsplash on a magnetically attractive surface. The device includes a backing having a magnetic back face wherein the backing is configured for coupling to a magnetically attractive surface. An adhesive couples each of a plurality of tiles to a front surface of the backing defining a backsplash panel configured for being displayed over the magnetically attractive surface when the backing is coupled to the magnetically attractive surface.
PERSONAL CARE ACCESSORY SUPPORT SYSTEM
A personal care accessory support system is provided with a rail with at least one fastener configuration to fasten the rail to an upright support surface. A plurality of receptacles is formed in the rail. At least two accessory holders are provided. Each of the at least two accessory holders is provided with a base to receive and support an accessory. A retainer is sized to extend over the rail in a horizontal orientation of the rail to mount and support the accessory holder on the rail. The retainer is also sized to extend into one of the plurality of receptacles in a vertical orientation of the rail to mount and support the accessory holder on the rail.
PERFORATED PANEL CONNECTION
A server enclosure having a plurality of panels abutted to one another and constrained by a connector having a channel and at least one aperture. Each respective panel has at least one perpendicular portion being perpendicular to a face of the respective panel and adjoining a perimeter of the respective panel. Connectivity media coincident to the aperture can affix at least two panels and a connector to one another.
