WIRE TIE WITH ADHESIVE
A tie article has a substantially elongated configuration having opposed first and second longitudinal edges. The tie article includes a base layer, a cover layer, a closure device, an adhesive and an extension. The base layer includes a central segment and two arm segments, each of the arm segments extending from opposing sides of the central segment. The cover layer overlaps the base layer. The closure device is sandwiched between the base layer and the cover layer so that the base layer and cover layer are bonded together around the closure device. The adhesive is disposed on the central segment of the base layer. The extension is of either or both of the base layer and cover layer and extends beyond at least one of the first and second longitudinal edges. A method is described for attaching a second item to a first item with a tie article.
Low-profile, after-aligned, universal point mount
An anchor for lightning protection systems includes a base and pad that extend over a sufficient area and a sufficient bearing length to hold in shear and in tension against the weight, shear force, and moment of cables, points, and other components of a lightning protection systems. A universal point mount may be forged to optimize cross sectional area and contact surface area throughout the mounting system. Drilled and tapped to receive a point oriented arbitrarily, the head mounts easily on a horizontal or vertical mounting surface. Apertures and fasteners provide arbitrary positioning of a point at any necessary orientation.
ATTACHABLE AND DETACHABLE PADDED AND OR INFLATABLE POTTY PAD CUSHION SYSTEM
This application relates to a system and methods for the educating, inspiring, encouraging, entertaining, engaging, and assisting of a toddler and or child to squat while defecating into a toddler-sized potty or adult-sized toilet. The system can include a cushion, padding, and or inflatable material. The system can be attached and detached to a floor and or other appropriate mounting surface without the need for tools and can be compatible with nearly any preexisting footstool. The system can emit lights, sounds, scents, and or vibration when engaged. The system can be attached and detached to a floor or any other appropriate mounting surface. The system can further include a container for the storage and or transportation of the system. The system can further serve to transport, store, and protect material objects. The system can be used independent of, or in collaboration with, the container.
AFFIXABLE POUCH
A pouch comprising first and second rectangular pieces of a first material attached to each other along at a portion of at least three sides to form a first pouch. The pouch further comprises a fastener attached to a first outer side of the first rectangular piece, a fastener attached to a first outer side of the second rectangular piece, and a second pouch of a second material attached inside the first pouch. The second pouch having an opening aligned with at least a portion of an opening of the first pouch and for receiving an item inside.
FURNITURE
Furniture articles have an integrally formed shell that generally has rounded features, the shell diminishing in circumference outwardly from a mounting surface, and a mounting portion configured to secure the shell to the mounting surface. A perimeter edge of the shell defines a mounting plane against which the mounting surface is to be secured. When the shell is secured to the mounting surface, the mounting portion is inaccessible and hidden from view. Furniture includes a shelving unit, a desk unit, a seating unit, and a bed.
Reusable attaching apparatus and methods of making and using a reusable attaching apparatus
A reusable attaching apparatus includes (a) a reversible adhesive comprising a shape memory polymer and (b) a mounting structure bonded to the reversible adhesive. The shape memory polymer has a glass transition temperature (T.sub.g) and comprises a deformable state at temperatures above the T.sub.g and a rigid state at temperatures below the T.sub.g.
SIX WAY BUNDLE FLANGE MOUNT
A fastener assembly includes a clamp body six channels extending therethrough configured to permit a cable tie or strap to be passed therethrough. A first channel is coplanar with and perpendicular to a second channel. A third channel is coplanar with and perpendicular to a fourth channel. A fifth channel is coplanar with and perpendicular to a sixth channel. The first and second channels are perpendicular to the third and fourth channels and parallel to the fifth and sixth channels. The fastener assembly includes a clamp body having an upper clamping arm, a lower ramp arm and a stress arm therebetween and a retaining segment slideably connected to the lower ramp arm. The lower ramp arm defines a pair of ramp ledges that are slideably received within a pair of wedge channels defined by the retaining segment.
FLOATING SHELF APPARATUS
A floating shelf apparatus that includes a mounting bracket and a shelf. The mounting bracket is coupled directly to a support surface such as a wall and the shelf is mounted to the support surface to hang the shelf from the support surface. The mounting bracket includes a first portion that is coupled to the wall, a second portion having an S-shape that extends from a first end of the first portion, and a third portion having a linear shape that extends from a second end of the first portion. The shelf includes a ledge portion upon which items may be supported and a mounting portion that facilitates mounting the shelf to the mounting bracket. The mounting portion has a mounting element that interacts with the second portion of the mounting bracket to mount the shelf to the mounting bracket.
Fastener
A fastener (1) with a main body (2) whose external surfaces, with the exception of a fastening side (3) that serves to effect fastening to an object, are sealed up in a diffusion-proof way. The main body (2) has a discrete arrangement of reservoirs (6) opening out to the fastening side (3) that have a filler (7, 7a, 7b) with a hydrophilic material and/or moisture. An aerobic adhesive can be applied to the fastening side (3); hardening of the aerobic adhesive is brought about by the filler (7, 7a, 7b).
