Clamp assembly for mounting panels to I-beams

A clamp assembly is provided for securing a panel or fairing to an I-beam, and comprises a pair of side blocks and a clamping block, together with a single bolt to secure them in place. Each of the side blocks as an inclined wedge surface, and the T-shaped clamping block has similarly sloped wedge surfaces along the sides of the leg of the T. When a bolt this passed through side legs of the side blocks, and through or under the clamping block, a sliding and wedging action between the inclined and sloped wedge surfaces occurs. Moreover, a clamping action between the top surface of the clamping block and the lower surface of the lower flanges of the I-beam is also induced.

Combination walker and cane

A combination walker and cane includes a pair of inverted, U-shaped frame members, each having a horizontal handlebar with a front leg and a rear leg depending therefrom. One of the rear legs is detachable from the remainder of the corresponding frame member to form a walking cane, if desired. Accordingly, a user can operate the walker in a conventional fashion, or detach the rear leg to form a walking cane.

A quick attach bracket system has a structural member and an attachment bracket. The structural member is installed onto the edge of a dock or other appropriate location, and the attachment bracket may be quickly affixed to the structural member. Attachments may be affixed to the attachment bracket in order to secure the attachments to the structural member. One or more bracket hooks of the attachment bracket are received by corresponding bracket hook receivers of the structural member. A fastener flange connected to the lower end of the attachment bracket further secures the attachment bracket to the structural member through a fastener which can be tightened against a fastener receiver of the structural member. Various attachments such as flagpole brackets, ladders and other items may be attached to the attachment bracket in order to be secured to the structural member.

Minimal fastner assembly methodoligy

Techniques are provided for constructing an appliance housing without the need for vertical fasteners. In one or more implementations, the structural components of an appliance housing are fashioned with a set of engagement points and slots, the engagement points and slots acting to physically arrest the structural components when assembled. Horizontal fasteners are then used to further secure the appliance housing.

A system for coupling a satellite antenna to a mounting structure is provided. The system may include a mounting structure and a satellite antenna. The mounting structure may include a plurality of tabs extending upward, and located at a first elevation. The mounting structure may also define a first plurality of apertures located at a second elevation, where the first elevation is higher than the second elevation. The satellite antenna may define a second plurality of apertures configured to accept the plurality of tabs. The satellite antenna may be supported by the mounting structure upon the plurality of tabs being accepted by the second plurality of apertures. The satellite antenna may also define a third plurality of apertures which may be aligned with the first plurality of apertures upon the plurality of tabs being accepted by the second plurality of apertures.

A holder for an insert includes a first housing configured to receive the insert. The first housing extends within a plane of the holder. The holder further includes an opening configured for inserting the insert into the first housing in a direction substantially perpendicularly to the plane and a second housing configured to receive the insert, the second housing being in communication with the first housing. The second housing extends within the plane of the holder and is configured to prevent movement of the insert out of the holder in a direction perpendicular to the plane.

A yoke mount device holder comprises a yoke attachment surface and a device interface surface. The yoke mount device holder attaches a device to a yoke of an aircraft. The yoke attachment surface is attached to the yoke via straps. Straps are passed through channels that are formed between the yoke attachment surface and the device interface surface. Fasteners attach the device to the device interface surface. In operation, a pilot attaches a device to the yoke mount device holder to the yoke of an aircraft. Next, the pilot can then attach and detach their device to the holder quickly and easily via the fasteners. The yoke mount device holder is universally mountable to any style yoke, increases the pilot's visibility, and does not weigh down the yoke as compared to conventional mounting devices. The yoke mount device holder is inexpensive to manufacture as compared to conventional mounting devices.
