FIXING DEVICE FOR THE POWER-OPERATED FIXING OF AN OBJECT IN A VEHICLE WITH THE AID OF AT LEAST ONE VARIABLY ELECTRICALLY CONTACTABLE FIXING ELEMENT
It is provided a fixing apparatus for fixing an object to a fixing face in a vehicle, having at least one fixing element, which is constructed for fixing the object having a fixing portion which for engagement in a fixing opening can be introduced along an adjustment axis into the fixing opening. The fixing element has on an outer covering face of the fixing portion a coupling region which in at least two different adjustment positions of the fixing element, in which the fixing portion can be introduced in each case into the fixing opening, permits an electrical contacting by a counter-element.
Fastening Device
A fastening device for fastening an electrical terminal to an electrically conducting post includes a spring and a locking device retaining the electrical terminal on the electrically conducting post in a locked position of the fastening device. The spring is at least partially loaded in the locked position.
MOBILE DEVICE MOUNTING SYSTEM
A mobile device mounting system includes a device case and a mount. The device case includes: an insert including a rectangular bore and defining a set of undercut sections about the rectangular bore; and a first set of magnetic elements arranged in a first pattern about the rectangular bore. The mount includes: a body; a polygonal boss extending from the body and configured to insert into the rectangular bore; a set of locking jaws arranged on the polygonal boss configured to transiently mate with the set of undercut sections to constrain the polygonal boss within the rectangular bore; and a second set of magnetic elements arranged in a second pattern about the polygonal boss and configured to transiently couple to the first set of magnetic elements to transiently retain the mount against the device case and to drive the set of locking jaws toward the set of undercut sections.
CONDUCTIVELY COATED FASTENING SYSTEMS FOR FULL SIZE DETERMINANT ASSEMBLY (FSDA)
Conductively coated fastening systems are disclosed herein. An apparatus includes a fastening system and a structural assembly. The structural assembly comprises a first structural element made of an electrically conductive fiber reinforced plastic and a second structural element. The first structural element comprises a first hole and the second structural element comprises a second hole. The first and second holes are separately pre-formed prior to assembly of the structural assembly. The structural assembly further comprises an electrically conductive gap filler applied to a first structural element sidewall of the first hole of the first structural element. The fastening system comprises a fastener comprising a head and a shank extending from the head. The shank is configured to be inserted into the first hole and the second hole.
Universal bonding end clamp
Universal bonding end clamps used to assembly photovoltaic (PV) arrays and provide an electrically conductive path (or bond) between PV module frames forming part of the PV arrays and a rail system. The bonding clamp includes a clamp portion and a base portion. The clamp portion includes an electrically conductive body having a mounting structure, at least one electrical bonding member extending from the body, and at least one pressure member extending from the body and a base pressure member extending from the body. The clamp portion may also include one or more spacers to facilitate the alignment of the clamp portion relative to the base portion. The base portion includes an upper wall having a mounting structure, a lower wall having a mounting structure and a side wall between the upper and lower walls. When the clamp portion is positioned relative to base portion for installation, the clamp portion mounting structure is aligned with the base portion mounting structures, and the base pressure member engages the side wall.
Tablet computer stand with near field coupling enhancement
A tablet stand is disclosed which incorporates a near field antenna configuration which couples to a near field antenna in the back of a tablet and provides a near field antenna coupling region for near field communication at the front of the tablet. The stand may be completely passive and use conductive antenna elements and passive resonance matching circuit elements to provide efficient coupling. In another aspect a thin profile passive keyboard adapted for use with a near field enabled tablet is provided. In another aspect a mounting bracket or holder, embedded antenna, and passive keyboard combination is provided adapted for converting a tablet into a notebook type configuration.
BOLT AND FASTENING STRUCTURE
To threadedly engage a bolt and a female screw with each other, thereby making it possible to shave off a deposit on the inner surface of the female screw and to make it easy for a worker to sense the seating, there is provided a bolt including a shaft 2 and a head, wherein a first thread 11 is provided on a head side of the shaft, and at least one of a thread provided larger in diameter than the first thread and a thread provided wider than the first thread is provided on a tip end side of the shaft.
Shark barrier
A shark barrier that comprises an anchoring assembly having a pair of anchors (9) with a flexible connecting element (11) extending between the anchors. The shark barriers also includes multiple spaced apart buoyant resiliently flexible elongate members (15) that are secured at one end along a length of the connecting element of the anchoring assembly to operatively extend generally upwardly from the connecting element. The buoyant members comprise an elongate flexible spine (32) that extends through a series of tubular members (38).
SYNCHRONISED MOVEMENT OF A BISTABLE DEVICE, FROM A MULTITUDE OF MONOSTABLE LEVERS
The invention relates to a bistable device which comprises a fixed baseplate (1), at least two levers (2a, 2b), a tappet (3a, 3b) which is associated with each lever (2a, 2b), is rigidly secured to the lever (2a, 2b) in question, is arranged between the lever (2a, 2b) and the baseplate (1), and is aligned substantially in a first direction (T1), wherein a lever (2a, 2b) is capable of displacement relative to the baseplate (1) so as to displace the associated tappet (3a, 3b) substantially in translation in the first direction (T1), and a member (5) that is able to take two positions, said device additionally comprising a rocker (4a, 4b) which is associated with each lever (2a, 2b), is arranged between the baseplate (1) and the associated tappet (3a, 3b), and comprises two V-shapes which face the associated tappet (3a, 3b), wherein a touch of the associated tappet (3a, 3b) in the first V-shape tends to turn the associated rocker (4a, 4b) in a first direction (R1+) and a touch of the associated tappet (3a, 3b) in the second V-shape tends to turn the associated rocker (4a, 4b) in a second direction (R1) opposite to the first direction (R1+), all the rockers (4a, 4b) being synchronised in rotation and said rockers (4a, 4b) being synchronised with the member (5).
