CONNECTING COMPONENT WITH BUILT-IN RADIO FREQUENCY IDENTIFICATION ELEMENT
A connecting component with built-in radio frequency identification element which includes a main body and a radio frequency identification element is provided. The main body has a cylindrical body part and a head, wherein the body part has a connecting end and a free end; the head is connected to the connecting end, and the maximum outer diameter thereof is greater than an outer diameter of the body part; the head has an accommodating hole, and an opening of the accommodating hole is formed at a top of the head; the radio frequency identification element can be inserted into the accommodating hole. When the connecting component is used to fixedly connect the rigid object, the radio frequency electronic component provides a space to store database; with the radio frequency identification reader, industry can read the data at any time during the inspection or the maintenance stages, which improves the convenience of obtaining data and the efficiency of operation.
Profile rail end cap with nail holder
An end cap for a profile rail includes a connector for connecting the end cap to the profile rail and a fastening leg, where the fastening leg defines an opening and where a fastening pin is guidable through the opening to mount the profile rail. The opening has a cross-sectional constriction and the fastening pin is holdable in the opening by the cross-sectional constriction.
ENGAGEMENT VERIFYING FASTENER
A cover includes a housing and a slider. The housing defines a first window. The slider is moveably connected to the housing and defines a second window. The first window and the second window are aligned when the slider is in a first position relative to the housing and misaligned when the slider is in a second position relative to the housing.
Computing device support surface mounting system
A device mounting system includes a device bracket coupled to a device, and a support surface mount coupled to the device bracket. The support surface mount includes a base member mounted to a support surface, a securing member extending from the base member, and a securing latch that is included in the securing member and that moves between a secured orientation in which it engages the device bracket to secure the device bracket to the support surface mount, and an unsecured orientation that allows the device bracket to be decoupled from the support surface mount. A release member in the securing member may be actuated to move the securing latch between the secured and unsecured orientations. A locking element in the securing member may be actuated to prevent movement of the securing latch from the secured to the unsecured orientation to lock the device bracket to the support surface mount.
FRONT LOAD WASHER WITH LOCKING BOLT REMOVAL CONFIRMATION
A laundry appliance includes a cabinet, a tub, and a control panel for accepting inputs directing functionality of the laundry appliance. When movement of the laundry appliance is necessary, such as upon initial delivery, laundry appliance includes one or more shipping attachment assemblies comprising a shipping bolt and shipping bolt spacer, which connect to attachment elements of the tub and serve to stabilize the tub while laundry appliance is moved. The laundry appliance further includes identifiers for each shipping attachment assembly. The identifiers are only visible upon removal of the shipping attachment assembly. When moving of the laundry appliance is complete, the shipping attachment assemblies are removed, revealing the identifiers. The identifiers are provided through a network to ensure removal of the shipping attachment assemblies. Once all identifiers are accounted for, a sequence of inputs is provided that, when properly entered using the control panel of the laundry appliance, enables operation of the laundry appliance.
METHOD FOR TEMPORARILY CLOSING OPENINGS IN AIRCRAFT PARTS
A method for temporarily closing openings in an aircraft part during a manufacturing process by providing a first part that has a first opening and positioning a temporary closure member inside that first opening. The temporary closure member has an RFID tag that has stored on it a unique identification. At a later stage in the aircraft manufacturing process, a scanning device is used to scan for the RFID tag based on the identification. The temporary closure member is removed from the first opening and subsequently replaced by a permanent member.
WASHER DEVICE
A washer device is disclosed including two annular components each having a main face arranged to contact the main face of the other component. Each main face has surface regions of different levels along an axis of the component, such as a step and/or a helical ramp. Relative rotation of one component with respect to the other about their common axis alters the effective thickness of the washer device. The washer device 1 further includes at least one radial projection on one of the annular components arranged to engage with a corresponding notch on the other annular component such that the annular components may be oriented in predetermined angular positions corresponding to different predetermined effective thicknesses of the washer device.
Cartridge retention and removal mechanism
A retaining means for retaining a cartridge on a body includes a snap ring having an opening angle of between 130° and 300°, and comprising a first indexing means, the snap ring being arranged to be slideable between a first position with respect to the body in which the retaining means retains the cartridge on the body and a second position with respect to the body in which the cartridge can be removed from the body. The retaining means also includes a cap arranged to be fixedly connected to a housing of the cartridge, and comprising a second indexing means. The first indexing means is arranged to interlock with the second indexing means so as to allow the snap ring to be moved between, and held in each of, the first and second positions.
FASTENERS WITH VISUAL INDICATION OF CORRECT INSTALLATION AND METHOD FOR FASTENING
A fastener includes a sleeve, a pin, and a visual indicator. The sleeve includes a tubular body. The pin includes a shank. At least a portion of the shank of the pin is configured to extend through the tubular body of the sleeve and to facilitate deformation of a portion of the tubular body into a bulb in response to a force applied to the tubular body of the sleeve by the shank of the pin. The visual indicator is configured to provide a visual verification of correct formation of the bulb.
STORAGE, RECALL, AND USE OF TIGHTENING SPECIFICATIONS ON THREADED MECHANICAL FASTENERS
A surface marked threaded fastener comprising an elongated and threaded shaft and a head at one end of the elongated and threaded shaft; said head comprising on a surface contacting face a readable matrix comprising a dot pattern, said dot pattern defining a tightening specification.
