TANK MAINTENANCE ACCESS CHAMBER
A fuel storage system has a tank access chamber with improved monitoring, servicing and maintenance capabilities. In particular, the chamber includes a sump monitored by a liquid sensor whose proper function can be automatically checked remotely, e.g., via an electronic controller or remote manual operation. In cases where such a check indicates a need for physical inspection of the sump sensor, the present system provides for sensor removal and installation by service personnel from a location outside the tank access chamber. Thus, the present system facilitates regular inspection and routine or unplanned maintenance without the need for a person to physically enter the tank access chamber.

Backrest assembly and wheelchair therewith
A backrest assembly of a wheelchair seat has a tubular seating frame. The backrest assembly includes a backrest, two hollow backrest tubes connecting the backrest to the seat, and at least two joints allowing movement of the backrest tubes between at least first and second end positions. Two locking means are provided for locking and/or unlocking the joints. A hollow handle tube has a single handle for effecting the locking means which is arranged between the backrest tubes and mechanically connected to the locking means via cables. The handle further effects movement of the backrest tubes, via the joints, with use of one hand in constant grip of the handle. The handle is actuated by at least partly sliding, rotating, squeezing, pushing and/or pulling. The locking means automatically re-locks after unlocking and reaching the first or second end positions.

AUXILIARY WHEEL MECHANISM FOR TWO-WHEELED VEHICLE
An auxiliary wheel mechanism 151 of a two-wheeled vehicle disclosed herein includes an auxiliary wheel 1, a saddle support member 7, a transmission member 9, and an auxiliary wheel urging member 23. The auxiliary wheel 1 is supported by a vehicle body 11 to be located on a side of a rear wheel 13 and to be movable between a retracted position retracted from a road surface 17 and an operative position where the vehicle body 11 is supported against the road surface 17 so as not to tilt. The saddle support member 7 is provided on the vehicle body 11 and supports a saddle 27 such that the saddle 27 is movable backward and forward. The transmission member 9 transmits a backward and forward movement of the saddle 27 to the auxiliary wheel 1 such that the auxiliary wheel 1 is located at the retracted position when the saddle 27 is located at a front position, and the auxiliary wheel 1 is located at the operative position when the saddle 27 is located at a rear position. The auxiliary wheel urging member 23 urges the auxiliary wheel 1 toward the retracted position. Accordingly, it is possible to achieve the auxiliary wheel mechanism that is for the two-wheeled vehicle and enables a rider to move an auxiliary wheel between a retracted position and an operative position without a manual operation of the rider.

CONTROL SYSTEM USING A CONTROL CABLE, AN ADAPTER ELEMENT FOR SUCH A SYSTEM, AND A CONTROL CABLE HAVING SUCH AN ADAPTER ELEMENT
A control system (1) for operating a mechanical function is disclosed. The system (1) includes a lever (11), a housing (13) and at least one control cable (3). The lever (11) is pivotable and includes at least one seat (9) for receiving a first coupling element (17) of the at least one control cable (3). The control system (1) further includes at least one adapter element (23), and the housing (13) further includes at least one first recess (25). The at least one seat (9) of the lever and the at least one first recess (25) of the housing (13) include first and second open spaces (33, 35) that are aligned with each other in an assembly direction (37). This allows for a simultaneous coupling of the first coupling element (17) to the at least one seat (9) and the adapter element (23) to the at least one first recess (25) of the housing (13), along said assembly direction (37).
