Disclosed is an electronic apparatus. The electronic apparatus includes a first housing, a second housing, and a hinge structure connected to the first housing and the second housing. The hinge structure may include: a first arm shaft associated with the rotation of the first housing and parallel to the axial direction; a second arm shaft associated with the rotation of the second housing and parallel to the axial direction; a first arm cam and a second arm cam, which rotate together with the first arm shaft; a third arm cam and a fourth arm cam, which rotate together with the second arm shaft; a first cam member that includes a first moving cam fastened to the first arm cam and a second moving cam fastened to the third arm cam; a second cam member that includes a third moving cam fastened to the second arm cam and a fourth moving cam fastened to the fourth arm cam; a first elastic member coupled to the first arm shaft and disposed between the first cam member and the second cam member; and a second elastic member coupled to the second arm shaft and disposed between the first cam member and the second cam member. According to certain embodiments, a foldable electronic device comprises: a first housing; a second housing; a hinge structure coupling the first housing and the second housing; and a flexible display, wherein at least a first portion of the flexible display is disposed on the first housing and a second portion of the flexible display is disposed on the second housing, wherein the hinge structure includes: a fixing member, a first rotary member coupled to the fixing member; a second rotary member coupled to the fixing member; a first rotary shaft, wherein one end of the first rotary shaft is held on one side of the fixing member; a second rotary shaft, wherein one end of the second rotary shaft is held on an opposite side of the fixing member; a first arm part coupled to the first rotary member, with the first rotary shaft is inserted therein; a first cam structure disposed is in the first arm part; a second arm part coupled to the second rotary member with the second rotary shaft inserted therein, a second cam structure disposed in the second arm part; and a first cam member including a first cam, with the first rotary shaft inserted in the first cam, and engaged with the first cam structure, a second cam, with the second rotary shaft inserted in the second cam, and engaged with the second cam structure, and a cam body connecting the first cam and the second cam.

The cartridge housing includes a bore having a central axis and a bearing mount in the bore. The rotary bearing is press fitted in the bearing mount and configured to receive axially therethrough a spindle to rotatably support the spindle about the central axis. The knuckle joint assembly includes a retaining clip and a retaining pin. The retaining clip is selectively movable to disengage and engage a groove in a spindle to respectively support or release the spindle along a central axis. The retaining pin is movable between a first position to allow movement of the retaining clip between positions but prevent removal of the retaining clip, and a second position to block movement of the retaining clip from the engaged position.
