The outer ring includes an annular first member made of steel, and an annular second member made of resin and covering an outer circumferential surface of the first member. The first member includes a tubular portion. The second member includes a first portion disposed on one side of the tubular portion in an axial direction and having a first opposing surface that opposes an outer circumferential surface of the cage in a radial direction, and a second portion disposed on the other side of the tubular portion in the axial direction and having a second opposing surface that opposes the outer circumferential surface of the cage in the radial direction. In the radial direction, the first and second opposing surfaces are each disposed on a more outer circumference side than a second raceway surface.
Pass roll for hot-dip galvanized steel sheet manufacturing facility, hot-dip galvanized steel sheet manufacturing facility, and hot-dip galvanized steel sheet manufacturing method
A pass roll for a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet manufacturing facility, the pass roll includes: a roll body; and a heat-resistant felt layer covering the roll body, wherein the heat-resistant felt layer has a thermal decomposition temperature of 420° C. or higher and has a surface hardness evaluation index at 400° C. of more than 0.11 μm/N.
ROLLER HYDRAULIC VALVE LIFTER BEARING
A roller hydraulic valve lifter includes a body having a longitudinal central axis and an interior area defined by an inside surface which has a pair of flat surfaces opposite one another and connected by a pair of walls. A first bore, essentially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis, extends through the flat surfaces. A bearing is disposed partially in the interior area. The bearing includes an outer ring having substantially cylindrical exterior and interior bearing surfaces. A shaft extends through the first bore and the outer ring and between the pair of flat surfaces. A plurality of needle rollers is disposed between and rollingly engage the shaft and the cylindrical inner bearing surface. The shaft and the plurality of needle rollers are manufactured from an AISI 52100 alloy steel that is carbo-nitrided. The shaft and the plurality of needle rollers have a surface hardness of a minimum of HRc 65.
Chain guide for a rear derailleur of a bicycle
The present invention relates to a chain guide for a bicycle rear derailleur comprising a cage, a guide pulley rotatably mounted to the cage, a circular tension pulley rotatably mounted to the cage, and means for connecting the chain guide to a movable member of a rear derailleur so as to move the chain guide with respect to a bicycle cassette, wherein the guide pulley and the tension pulley are adapted to be engageable with a bicycle chain and wherein the tension pulley is rotatably mounted to the cage by mounting means and an interposed bearing, wherein the mounting means of the tension pulley are arranged so as to be spaced from the center of rotation of the tension pulley and wherein the mounting means are stationary in respect to the cage in the mounted state of the chain guide.
Slide out roller
The slide-out roller consists of an inner thermoplastic core and a semi-rigid over-molded urethane cover with the Inner core having two sets of radially spaced recessed channels formed in its outer surface. The over-molded cover wraps the outer surface of the inner core and fully impregnates the recessed channels, which allows the cover to interdigitate and structurally integrate with the inner core to prevent slippage and drift.
Pan and tilt assembly for autonomous mobile device
An autonomous mobile device has a tower extending from a main body. The tower pans from left to right. An extensible mast may extend through, and pan with, the tower. An upper section is attached to the tower by a hinge and may tilt with respect to the tower. The upper section may include a touchscreen or other devices. An assembly with separate pan and tilt motors allows for the tower and attached upper section to pan while also allowing the upper section to tilt independently of the panning motion. The tilt motor is within the portion of the assembly rotated by the pan motor. The tilt motor drives a worm gear in the tower to rotate a tilt axle. An asymmetric friction hinge connects to the upper section to the tilt axle. Rotating the tilt motor rotates the worm gear, rotating the tilt axle and the attached upper section.
LAMINATE AND CONDUCTIVE ROLLER
This disclosure is to provide a laminate with improved adhesiveness between the layers and excellent softness, and a conductive roller which enables sufficient pressing contact when pressed to other members. The laminate of this disclosure is a laminate comprising at least 2 or more energy ray curable resin layers formed by curing a resin composition with an energy ray, wherein: the laminate has an energy ray curable resin layer (1) and an energy ray curable resin layer (2); and a first resin composition used in formation of the energy ray curable resin layer (1) contains an energy ray curable resin (A) having an ethylene oxide skeleton having two or more ethylene oxide repeating units.
Reducing cleaning roller amplitude and speed oscillations of a cleaning robot
A roller assembly for a mobile cleaning system for cleaning a work surface can include a drive shaft, a sheath, a bushing, and a bushing shroud. The drive shaft can be rotatable about a drive axis, and the drive shaft can include a driven end and an opposite bushing end. The sheath can be supported by the drive shaft and the sheath can be rotatable with the drive shaft. The sheath can include a shell engageable with the work surface. The bushing can be located about the bushing end of the drive shaft. The bushing shroud can be connected to the bushing. The sheath and the drive shaft can be together rotatable with respect to the bushing and the bushing shroud, the bushing shroud can include an outer portion defining a first radius of curvature and a recessed portion connected to the outer portion.
CONSOLE FOR VEHICLE INTERIOR
A component for vehicle interior is disclosed. The component may comprise a base, an armrest configured to move relative to the base from a retracted position to an extended position, a roller coupled to the armrest configured to allow movement of the armrest relative to the base and a rail coupled to the base. The rail may be configured to allow movement of the armrest relative to the base along a non-linear path. The rail may comprise a curved rail, a curved guide, or a curved track. The non-linear path may be aligned with a contour of the base. The non-linear path may reduce a gap between the armrest and the base or provide improved comfort. The roller may comprise a first rolling bearing, a second roller bearing and a third roller bearing. The component may comprise a door configured to selectively cover and uncover a storage compartment.
