GUIDE ROLLER FOR VEHICLE SLIDING DOOR
Provided is a guide roller for a vehicle sliding door. The guide roller rolls along a rail located on a vehicle body. The guide roller is pivotally supported in a rotatable manner by a support member coupled to the vehicle sliding door. The guide roller includes a ring-shaped inner race made of metal, a ring-shaped outer race, and a covering member mounted on an outer peripheral surface of the outer race.
Portable and modular roller device
A modular roller device to facilitate horizontal displacement of objects and materials, including large, heavy, or bulky objects and materials comprising a frame constructed of at least one formed rod, a first rolling member rotatably mounted to a first support arm, and a second rolling member rotatably mounted to a second support arm, wherein the first rolling member may be arranged in a generally parallel orientation relative to the second rolling member. The frame may comprise at least one extending section, and the opposing first and second support arms may be coupled thereto. The at least one extending section may comprise a longitudinally extending section and/or a diagonally extending section. The modular roller device may further comprise at least one secondary extending section. The modularly roller devices can be further combined to a form a system to facilitate the horizontal displacement of objects and materials.
Pulley assembly
A pulley assembly for belt tensioners having a bearing unit provided with a rotating outer ring and made of metal, an outer wheel body overmoulded onto the outer ring to rotate with the outer ring and interact with a belt, a gripping surface at the interface between the outer wheel body and the outer ring to prevent circumferential slipping between the outer wheel body and the outer ring; and an axial retainer integral with the outer ring and having two lateral edge members located axially on opposite sides of the gripping surface to engage the outer wheel body and prevent axial movement of the outer wheel body relative to the outer ring.
TRANSPORT SYSTEM HAVING A CARRIAGE WITH SELF-ADJUSTING BEARINGS
A carriage (11) has a carriage body (12) to extend across the top face of a track. A fixed bearing arrangement (14) includes a bearing (15a, 15b) to engage a first side of the track and having a rotational axis located in a fixed position on the carriage body. A self-adjusting bearing arrangement (19) includes a movable bearing (20) to engage a second side of the track and mounted on a pivot arm (21) having a pivotal connection (24, 25) with the carriage body. A bias spring is arranged to act on the pivot arm such as to maintain contact between the movable bearing and the second side of the track. The movable bearing (20) is not driven. The movable bearing (20) and the pivotal connection (24, 25) of the pivot arm (21) are both located at a first end of the pivot arm. The bias spring is spaced from the pivotal connection (24, 25) in a first direction. The movable bearing (20) rotates about an axis which is offset from the pivot axis of the pivot arm in a second direction which is transverse to the first direction. Such spacing in the first direction is between five and twenty times the spacing in the second direction.
RADIAL FORCE DEVICE FOR A CONTOUR MEASURING INSTRUMENT AND MEASURING SYSTEM
A radial force device for a contour measuring instrument for measuring a contour of a shaft-shaped workpiece which can be rotated about an axis of rotation. The radial force device has a clamping body, a force introduction roller, at least one counter-roller and a coupling device. The clamping body is shaped for fitting radially around a workpiece portion, received in the contour measuring instrument, of the workpiece. The force introduction roller is designed to apply a mechanical radial force to the workpiece in order to apply a load to the workpiece, wherein the force introduction roller is mounted in a radially movable manner on the clamping body. The counter-roller is mounted in the clamping body and designed to support the workpiece during the application of the force. The coupling device is shaped for coupling the clamping body to the contour measuring instrument.
CHARGING ROLL
A charging roll includes a core member, a rubber base material disposed around the core member, and a surface layer disposed around the rubber base material. The ten point height of irregularities R.sub.Z of a surface of the surface layer is equal to or greater than 6.5 micrometers, and is equal to or less than 11.7 micrometers. The mean spacing between peaks S.sub.m of the surface of the surface layer is equal to or greater than 16.5 micrometers and is equal to or less than 18.8 micrometers.
Pulley device
A pulley device for a transmission element having a pulley, a bearing, and at least one sleeve mounted freely in the bore of the inner ring of the bearing. The pulley device includes at least one annular protection shield, the shield retained axially in a first element from the pulley and coming into immediate proximity with the other element, the other element having at least one shoulder projecting radially ensuring that it is axially retained with the shield.
Follower bearing
A follower bearing includes an outer ring, rolling elements, and a cage retaining the rolling elements. The outer ring includes an annular first member made of steel, and an annular second member made of resin and covering an outer circumferential surface of the first member. The first member includes a tubular portion. The second member includes a first portion disposed on one side of the tubular portion in an axial direction and having a first opposing surface that opposes an outer circumferential surface of the cage in a radial direction, and a second portion disposed on the other side of the tubular portion in the axial direction and having a second opposing surface that opposes the outer circumferential surface of the cage in the radial direction.
