SLIDE RAIL ASSEMBLY
A slide rail assembly includes a first rail, a second rail, a carrying member, a plurality of fixing members and an adjusting member. The second rail is movable relative to the first rail and has an adjusting hole. The carrying member is movably mounted to the second rail and has a plurality of connection holes. Each of the fixing members passes through a corresponding connection hole to connect to the second rail. The adjusting member comprises an eccentric part passing through the adjusting hole of the second rail. Wherein, a longitudinal dimension of the connection hole is greater than an outer dimension of a portion of the fixing member connected to the second rail, a longitudinal dimension of the adjusting hole is greater than an outer dimension of the eccentric part, and a longitudinal direction of the connection hole is different from a longitudinal direction of the adjusting hole.
COMPLIANT LOWER BEARING WITH TAPERED OUTER DIAMETER
A strut assembly includes a piston and a bearing housing around the piston. The bearing housing may also comprise a groove and a tapered surface opposite the groove. A bearing may be in the groove and proximate the piston. An outer cylinder may be around the bearing housing. The angle of the tapered surface may he based on a deflection angle between the outer cylinder and the piston. A wear plate may he around the tapered surface. An elastic material may be disposed between the tapered surface and the wear plate. The bearing housing may comprise a titanium alloy. The bearing housing may be configured to flex towards the wear plate.
Bearing assembly and method
A bearing assembly can comprise: a base member including at least one base ramp; a carriage member including: a first surface defining a bearing channel, the bearing channel configured to receive a plurality of ball bearings and allow recirculating movement of the ball bearings, the bearing channel having a variable depth, wherein the bearing channel having a variable depth is configured to allow the plurality of ball bearings to extend beyond the first surface at a first portion of the bearing channel and extend below the first surface at a second portion of the bearing channel; a second surface opposing the first surface, the second surface including at least one carriage ramp, the carriage ramp configured to engage the at least one base ramp; and a retaining member configured to cover a least a portion of the first surface and retain the ball bearings in the carriage member.
Support and guide device
A support and guide device capable of smoothly shifting a moving block configured to move along a guide track from one of a plurality of track rails forming the guide track to another of the plurality of track rails even when clearances are secured at joints between the plurality of track rails. Each of the track rails has auxiliary sliding surfaces formed on both end portions of the each of the plurality of track rails in the longitudinal direction, the auxiliary sliding surfaces formed side by side with a guide surface and being inclined with respect to the guide surface. The moving block includes leading sliding portions each configured to face one of the auxiliary sliding surfaces of the track rail when the moving block reaches one of both end portions of the track rail in the longitudinal direction.
NON-SPLIT BEARING DESIGN FOR A TUBULAR BAT SHAPE WITH LONGITUDINAL KEY, FOR USE WITH THE PICK-UP REEL OF A HARVESTER
A non-split bearing design for use with a harvester pick-up reel. In one specific embodiment, the outer member directly engages the inner member. In another embodiment, the bearing is provided as being an interchangeable roller bearing, and in that case there is preferably an intermediate member which is disposed between the outer member and the inner member. Regardless, providing that the bearing is non-split provides that the design is simplified, as well as provides that the inner bore, i.e., the bore which engages the bat tube, can be more easily controlled, thereby reducing or even eliminating service requirements.
The angle of the tapered surface may be based on a deflection angle between the outer cylinder and the piston. A wear plate may be around the tapered surface. An elastic material may be disposed between the tapered surface and the wear plate. The bearing housing may comprise a titanium alloy. The bearing housing may be configured to flex towards the wear plate.
Linear guide device
A linear guide device having a guide carriage with two guide units, each guide unit including two guide modules abutting guide surfaces of a base structure in an operating position of the guide carriage. One of the two guide modules is an adjustable guide module, which is adjustable by means of one of two adjustment units to set a pretension between the guide modules and the guide surfaces. For synchronous actuation of the two adjustment units, a central actuating device is provided which is drivingly coupled to both adjustment units.
ELECTRODE NOTCHING MOLD FOR SECONDARY BATTERY HAVING AUTO-BALANCE UNIT, AND AUTO-BALANCE UNIT
Provided is an electrode notching mold for a secondary battery having an auto-balance unit. The electrode notching mold for the secondary battery having the auto-balance unit includes a cover portion including an upper plate and a lower plate, a mold portion having a film, a plurality of ascending-descending portions, a plurality of guide portions, and a pressing portion, and also, a plurality of auto-balance units connected to a spherical bearing on the central axis is coupled to an upper body and a lower body and performs a function of alleviating vibration.
