Rolling device, package for rolling device, and rolling module
A rolling device, a package for rolling device and a rolling module are introduced. The rolling device includes a receiving seat defining a receiving recess, at least one secondary rolling member received in the receiving recess to contact with a surface of the receiving recess, a primary rolling member partially received in the receiving recess to contact with a surface of the at least one secondary rolling member, a coupling section connected to the receiving seat for coupling to an external object, and a stop section connected to the receiving seat and defining a stop opening, which has a size smaller than a maximum size of the primary rolling member.
Slide rail mechanism and bracket device thereof
A slide rail mechanism includes a supporting frame, a bracket, a fastening member and an elastic member. The bracket and the supporting frame are movable relative to each other. The bracket includes a longitudinal wall and at least one mounting member adjacent to the longitudinal wall. The fastening member is transversely movable relative to the bracket. The elastic member is configured to provide an elastic force to the fastening member. When the supporting frame is moved relative to the bracket from a first position to a second position, the supporting frame is configured to drive the fastening member to transversely move from a first operating position to a second operating position.
SLIDE RAIL ASSEMBLY FOR RACK SYSTEM
A slide rail assembly for a rack system is configured to mount a chassis to a rack. A fixing member is arranged on one side of the chassis. The slide rail assembly comprises a guide rail having a first rail section, a second rail section and a third rail section. The first rail section is configured to support a portion of the chassis. A path is defined between the second rail section and the third rail section for allowing the fixing member on the chassis to pass through.
Low friction gib
A gib includes a metallic substrate having a first face and a second face and an attachment disposed on the metallic substrate. The attachment includes a first functional surface disposed on the first face of the metallic substrate. The first functional surface is configured as a bearing surface. The attachment may be formed of a fabric resin composite material.
OUTBOARD HYDROSTATIC BEARING ASSEMBLY FOR CAN BODYMAKER
A hydrostatic/hydrodynamic fluid bearing assembly for a can bodymaker is provided. The hydrostatic/hydrodynamic fluid bearing assembly is separate from the ram body. The outboard guide bearing assembly includes a carriage assembly and a number of elongated journals. The carriage assembly includes a ram coupling, a crank coupling, and body defining a number of journal passages. The ram body is coupled to a ram coupling. The crank coupling is structured to be coupled to a crank arm. Each journal extends through a carriage assembly body journal passage. In this configuration, the ram body may form a can body in a traditional manner, but fluid bearing assembly fluid is not applied to the ram body. Instead, the fluid bearing assembly fluid is applied to the journals.
PRESS-FITTING JIG FOR COVER CAP OF BOLT MOUNTING HOLE
A press-fitting jig for a closure cap which is configured to press-fit a closure cap into a bolt mounting hole formed in a track rail of a guide device. The press-fitting jig is mounted to a moving block, which is assembled to the track rail through intermediation of a plurality of rolling elements and is configured to move on the track rail. The press-fitting jig includes: a finishing surface which is brought into slide contact with an upper surface of the track rail having the bolt mounting hole opened therein; and a guide surface, which is formed adjacent to the finishing surface and forms a wedge-shaped space with the track rail in a longitudinal direction of the track rail, the guide surface being configured to push the closure cap temporarily placed in the bolt mounting hole into the bolt mounting hole along with movement of the moving block.
Slide rail assembly
A slide rail assembly includes a first rail, a second rail, a third rail, a first supporting assembly and a sliding auxiliary assembly. The first supporting assembly is arranged on the first rail for supporting the second rail. The sliding auxiliary assembly is movably mounted on the second rail, and includes a plurality of balls for supporting the third rail.
LINEAR MOTION MECHANISM SIDE SEAL UNIT AND LINEAR MOTION MECHANISM
Linear motion mechanism sealants capable of operating at low torque when engaging in linear motion which are capable of carrying out sealing with respect to fine particulate several m in diameter, and which are side seal units for sealing gaps at a shaft provided at a front end portion and a back end portion of a slider of a linear motion mechanism equipped with said shaft and said slider which carries out reciprocating linear motion on said shaft, the linear motion mechanism side seal units 4 being characterized in that fibrous surfaces of seal members comprising fibrous material are arranged so as to be directed toward said shaft in such fashion as to abut and conform to the cross-sectional shape of said shaft at the front end portion and the back end portion of the slider.
SUPPORTING DEVICE FOR RAIL MEMBER
A supporting device for a rail member includes a first supporting frame and a second supporting frame. The first supporting frame has a first supporting means including a first supporting part and a second supporting part. A supporting passage is defined by the first supporting part and the second supporting part The second supporting frame has a second supporting means including a third supporting part and a fourth supporting part. The first supporting means and the second supporting means are configured to support each other. A rail member is configured to be connected to one of the first supporting frame and the second supporting frame. The first supporting part is configured to support the third supporting part, and the second supporting part is configured to support the fourth supporting part. The first supporting frame and the second supporting frame cooperatively define an enclosed space.
SUPPORTING DEVICE FOR RAIL MEMBER
A supporting device for a rail member includes a first supporting frame and a second supporting frame. The first supporting frame has a first supporting means including a first supporting part and a second supporting part. A supporting passage is defined by the first supporting part and the second supporting part. The second supporting frame has a second supporting means including a third supporting part and a fourth supporting part. The first supporting means and the second supporting means are configured to support each other. A rail member is configured to be connected to one of the first supporting frame and the second supporting frame, the first supporting part is configured to support the third supporting part, and the second supporting part is configured to support the fourth supporting part. The first supporting part is spaced from and not directly connected to the second supporting part.
