Telescopic rail
The invention concerns a telescopic rail comprising a first rail element with two running surfaces, a second rail element with two running surfaces, at least one rolling body cage for positioning a plurality of rolling bodies. Such telescopic rails are found to suffer from the disadvantage that the rail elements and the rolling body cages all have to be designed to be moveable relative to each other. Accordingly, the invention proposes providing a telescopic rail in which the rolling body cage is secured to the first rail element so that the rolling bodies perform a sliding movement with respect to the running surfaces of the first rail element and the rolling bodies perform a sliding movement with respect to the running surfaces of the second rail element or roll on the running surfaces of the second rail element.
Slide rail assembly
A slide rail assembly includes a bracket device, a driving device and a rail member. The bracket device includes a supporting frame, a bracket and a fastening member. The bracket is arranged on the supporting frame. The driving device and the bracket device are movable relative to each other. The rail member and the bracket device are movable relative to each other. When the rail member is moved relative to the bracket device from a first predetermined position along a direction, the rail member is able to drive the driving device to move from a first position to a second position, in order to drive the fastening member to switch from a first state to a second state.
UNIVERSAL RAIL FOR MOBILE RACKING
A rail for mobile racking has a continuous groove formed in ae first surface. A second surface is opposite the first surface is substantially flat on a top surface. The width of the universal rail between the first surface and the second surface is of reduced dimension from the first surface and the second surface. The rail may be mounted with the first surface positioned above the second surface when a groove within the elongated universal rail is to be provided for casters having a tongue on a circumference of the caster. The elongated universal rail may be mounted within a floor with the second surface positioned above the first surface, providing a substantially flat surface as a rolling surface for casters not having a tongue formed therein. Reduced dimensions of the sides relative to the first and second surfaces receive concrete therein to hold the rail in place.
LOW FRICTION GIB
A gib includes a metallic substrate having a first face and a second face and an attachment disposed on the metallic substrate. The attachment includes a first functional surface disposed on the first face of the metallic substrate. The first functional surface is configured as a bearing surface. The attachment may be formed of a fabric resin composite material.
Linear guide device
A linear guide device includes at least one linear guide unit which has a guide housing, in which two annularly closed circulating channels are formed in each of which a multitude of roller bearing elements is received. The guide housing has a single-piece housing intermediate element which contributes to the formation of the circulating channels and through which passes at least one lubrication channel which communicates with the circulating channels. The lubrication channel passes through the single-piece housing intermediate element and extends partly also in an integral pipe-stub-like lubrication appendix of the single-piece housing intermediate element, wherein the lubrication appendix includes a lubrication opening which is accessible from outside the guide housing for bringing in lubricant.
ENGAGING ASSEMBLY, DRAWER AND REFRIGERATOR HAVING THE SAME
An engagement assembly, a drawer, and a refrigerator having same. The engagement assembly comprises a first engagement part matching the drawer and a second engagement part matching a refrigerator body; one of the first and second engagement parts is a gear, and the other one is a rack; the rack has a tooth surface that allows the gear to travel; the rack comprises a main rack and an extension rack; when the drawer is in a closed state, the tooth surface has a first stroke length; when the drawer is in an opening process, the extension rack moves to a travel path of the gear so that the tooth surface has a second stroke length; when the drawer is in a closing process, the extension rack is reset; the first stroke length is smaller than the second stroke length. The length of the tooth surface increases in the opening process.
Linear motion guide device and method for manufacturing linear motion guide device
The method for manufacturing a linear motion guide device includes a step of forming a long member (8) having a pair of side wall parts (51) and a bottom wall part (52), a step of attaching a track body (4) to the pair of side wall parts (51) of the long member (8), and a step of cutting away a base member (5) to which the track body (4) is attached by cutting the long member (8) together with the track body (4) into a desired length.
Slide rail
A slide rail includes a first rail, a second rail, and a third rail. The first rail is slidably coupled to the second rail. The second rail is slidably coupled to the third rail. The first rail includes a pulling tab. The second rail includes a first resilient piece and a first clearance slot. The third rail includes a positioning slot. One end of the first resilient piece is fixed to the second rail, and another end of the first resilient piece extends into the first clearance slot. When the first rail slides out, the pulling tab drives the first resilient piece and the second rail to slide out. When the first resilient piece is moved to the positioning slot, the first resilient piece resiliently bends and inserts into the positioning slot, and the first resilient piece is separated from the pulling tab.
Satellite deployer with composite guide rail
A satellite dispenser is disclosed. In various embodiments, a satellite dispenser as disclosed herein includes a dispenser body defining an interior cavity configured to receive a payload; and a composite guide rail comprising a groove configured to receive at least a portion of a payload, the composite guide rail having an orientation that substantially aligns a longitudinal axis of the groove with an ejection axis of the dispenser.
Linear motion guide unit and method of manufacturing the same
The present invention relates to a linear motion guide unit manufactured at low cost by forming at least a slider from a single metal plate, and reduced in sliding resistance of rolling elements as well as a method of manufacturing the same. The linear motion guide unit includes a guide rail, and the slider formed from a single metal plate. The guide rail has a bottom part, and a pair of longitudinal side parts standing from opposite sides of the bottom part, extending longitudinally in a mutually facing manner, and having respective raceway grooves in which the rolling elements roll. The slider includes an upper part, a pair of mutually facing sleeve parts extending downward from opposite sides of the upper part and having respective raceway grooves and return passages, and end cap parts formed respectively at opposite ends of the upper part and having turnaround grooves.
