METHOD FOR PRODUCING A SLIDING LAYER OF A SLIDING-CONTACT BEARING USING AN ALLOY AND/ OR A MATERIAL
A method for manufacturing a sliding layer of a slide bearing includes applying any of the following alloys and/or materials, namely SnSb8Cu4, SnSb12Cu6Zn, CuSn12Ni2, CuAl10Fe1, tin and aluminum bronzes, aluminum materials and alloys made therefrom, to a base body in a laser-based application process, wherein the alloy and/or material for application is in the form of a powder or compacted powder or as a wire.
Connector
A connector and associated system. In a first aspect, the connector comprises a patterned surface and a primary track. The patterned surface comprises a surface aperture pattern that is configured to receive at least one protruding element, the protruding element being configured to connect the connector to a first modular component. The primary track is connected to the patterned surface. The primary track can slidably engage a protruding element of a second modular component, thereby connecting the first modular component and the second modular component. In a second aspect, a system can comprise the connector, the first modular component and the second modular component.

A SELF-ALIGNING BEARING SUPPORT ASSEMBLY FOR SUPPORTING A RADIAL LOAD ROTARY OR LINEAR BEARING
A self-aligning bearing support assembly for supporting a radial load rotary or linear bearing. The bearing support assembly has a main axis (A) and includes an outer sleeve and an inner sleeve at least partially received in the outer sleeve. The inner sleeve has an axially extending bore for supporting a rotary or linear bearing or for forming a bearing surface of a bearing. Three or more circumferentially separated chambers are formed between the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve. Each chamber is confined in all directions by walls of the assembly. A lump of a substantially incompressible material fills each of the at least three chambers with the chamber concerned substantially completely enclosing the lump.
Length-adjustable steering shaft for a motor vehicle, and profiled sleeve for a steering shaft
A length-adjustable steering shaft for a motor vehicle may include a hollow outer shaft with an unround inner cross section, in which an inner shaft is received in a torque-locked and axially movable manner. A profiled sleeve may be arranged between the inner shaft and the outer shaft, and the profiled sleeve may have a fastening portion connected to the inner shaft. The inner shaft may be configured at least in part as a hollow shaft that has an interior that is open towards the end that is inserted into the outer shaft. To reduce the outlay in terms of production and assembly, the fastening portion may extend from the end into the interior of the inner shaft and is connected to an inner surface of the interior.

SELF-RETRACTING DEVICE
A self-retracting device for a furniture part which can be extracted from a furniture carcass in an extraction direction by a telescopic drawer slide is provided. The self-retracting device comprises: a carriage slidably supported; a retraction spring loading the carriage into a basic position, the carriage being slidable, by being coupled to a driver; and a damping unit for damping the sliding movement of the carriage from a standby position into a basic position. The carriage is coupled to a movable part of the damping unit by way of an arm which can pivot relative to the carriage about a first pivot axis and relative to the damping unit about a second pivot axis. When the carriage is slidingly moved by the retraction spring over a retraction path, at least in an end portion of the retraction path, the arm is rotated about an axis perpendicular to the extraction direction.
Bearing and steering mechanism
To reduce the effect of a steering operation on feeling. A rack bush comprises: a bush body that is accommodated in a cylindrical housing, supports a load exerted on a rack bar while allowing the rack bar to move in the direction of an axial center O, and can be extended and retracted in a radial direction; and an elastic ring mounted on the bush body. The bush body has a mounting groove for mounting the elastic ring, the mounting groove being formed peripherally in an outer peripheral surface, and the mounting groove having a large-diameter part where the circumferential radius of a groove bottom is a first radius r1, and a small-diameter part where said radius is a second radius r2 that is less than the first radius r1. This configuration allows the formation of an elastic ring protruding part, in which the elastic ring protrudes greatly from the outer peripheral surface of the bush body, and an elastic ring embedded part, in which the elastic ring is embedded in the outer peripheral surface of the bush body.
