Plastics sliding element with sensor function, in particular with wear detection
A plastic sliding component for mounting without lubricant in a sliding bearing is proposed, having a moulded part which is manufactured from plastic and has a sliding face for movably guiding two bearing parts relative to one another. An electric function circuit with a sensor function for acquiring an operating parameter is arranged on the moulded part. The invention proposes that the function circuit comprises at least one conductor track structure which is formed on the moulded part as a carrier of the conductor track structure. The function circuit can preferably be applied to the prefabricated moulded part, which is made of plastic, by means of an additive fabrication method (AM method).
GUIDE BEARING OF A RACK OF A STEERING SYSTEM
A rack guide bearing for meshing a pinion and vehicle steering system rack, the guide bearing including a wall, a first portion is tubular and defines an axis and internal channel around the axis opening at the guide bearing first end, and opening onto a second portion of the wall opposite the first end, an internal channel section transverse to the axis and inserts the rack into the channel according to the rack axis parallel to the guide bearing axis, the guide bearing including an internal channel inner surface of the guide bearing wall's first portion and an inner surface of the guide bearing wall's second portion, the inner surfaces are in slipping contact with a slipping surface of the rack opposite to a toothing of the rack, when the rack is inserted inside the first portion of the wall's internal channel according to the axis of the rack.
A LINEAR MANIPULATOR FOR A PROGRAMMABLE STAGE INSTALLATION, A BODY FOR A LINEAR MANIPULATOR AND USE OF A LINEAR MANIPULATOR
Various embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to, for example, a linear manipulator for a programmable stage installation. In one embodiment, the linear manipulator includes a body having an internal longitudinal channel extending parallel to an axis between two channel points, a power conductor positioned inside the channel, a drag band extending parallel to the axis, a motor that drives the drag band, and a wagon. The body further including a longitudinal opening extending between the two channel points, and a pair of rails connected to the body and extending parallel to the axis. The wagon including a pair of rail grippers for slidably engaging the pair of rails, a band connector connected to the drag band, and a power connector. The wagon attaches to equipment to be displaced along the linear manipulator and the power connector connects the equipment with the power conductor.
CYLINDER UNIT FOR ELIMINATING SECONDARY FORCES IN INLINE INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINES
A cylinder unit includes a piston disposed in the cylinder bore that is connected to a piston connecting frame member. The piston connecting frame member replaces a conventional connecting rod, and reciprocates exclusively along the bore axis. A crank connecting member has a linear rail at its top that is captured in a transverse gap along the bottom of the piston connecting frame member, and converts the circular movement of a crank throw to linear motion of the piston connecting frame member.
ELEVATOR SYSTEM WITH AIR-BEARING LINEAR MOTOR
An elevator system has an elevator shaft, an elevator car and a drive device for displacing the elevator car within the elevator shaft. The drive device is a linear motor that has a stationary part secured to a shaft wall of the elevator shaft and a movable part secured to the elevator car. The drive device has an air bearing between the stationary part and the movable part that keeps the stationary part spaced apart from the movable part via an air gap therebetween.
Steering axle for an industrial truck, and industrial truck having the steering axle
A steering axle for steering the wheels on the axle of a four-wheel forklift truck by a hydraulic or electric steering device. The steering axle has an axle beam with first and second wheel carriers. The wheel carriers are arranged pivotably on the axle beam. A steering rod is connected, in articulated fashion, to the two wheel carriers in order to transmit steering movements. A steering actuator produces the steering movement and has an actuator housing. The actuator housing has at least one guide section for the passage of the steering rod through the actuator housing. The steering actuator has at least one sliding bearing device for the radial support of the steering rod on the at least one guide section.
BEARING FOR LINEAR GUIDE RAIL
A mold box containing a bearing assembly arranged between the guide surfaces of a guide rail pillar. The bearing assembly has a bearing element that contains a main body part capable of receiving the guide rail pillar. The bearing element also has a first bearing surface and a second bearing surface that can be arranged in a common plane, parallel to the planar guide surfaces and spaced apart in the direction of the longitudinal axis. The first and second bearing surfaces are separated by an intermediary surface portion that is retracted from the common plane. Cavities formed in the bearing element are located below each of the first and second bearing surfaces, such the bearing element is provided with a resilience relative to the main body part.

Assembly made of a bearing web for a drawer base and a holding device
An assembly includes a bearing web for a drawer base of a drawer, and a holding device for a drive device for driving the drawer relative to a furniture body. The holding device has a securing element, by which the holding device can be secured to the bearing web. The bearing web includes a receiving area for the securing element and a bearing region for the drawer base adjacently to the receiving area. The securing element has a support surface that faces the drawer base in a secured state, and the holding device is secured to the bearing web. The support surface of the securing element and the bearing region of the bearing web form a substantially flat drawer base bearing surface for the drawer base in the secured state. The drawer base bearing surface can rest against the drawer base in a flush manner in the secured state.
