Linear module
A linear module includes: a base, a slide stage, two support frames, two retaining units and a steel belt. With the pivoting freedom given by the guide portions of the retaining units, when the slide stage moves, the rolling elements can be abutted more closely against the contact surface of the steel belt via the pivoting of the guide portions, so as to reduce the occurrence of deformation and clearance produced by the steel belt, which not only improves the sealing performance of the steel belt and operation smoothness of the linear module, but also produces a dust proof effect, thus achieving the purposes of automatically adjusting contact angle, preventing deformation while extending the life of the steel belt.

Linear roller bearing having an attachment element for long-term lubrication
A linear roller bearing having a rolling body circulating shoe (15) including end-arranged attachment elements (16) as a lubricating device, wherein each attachment element contains a volume (9) for storing lubricant and transferring lubricant to a rail that guides the circulating shoe. According to the invention, the attachment element is formed from an inner housing shell (8b), which lies against the head piece (4) of the support body (1) of the circulating shoe, and an outer housing shell (8a), which faces away from the support body, which housing shells can be fastened to the head piece of the support body by a central screw (17).
Linear moving bearing
A linear moving bearing, comprising: a retaining portion having at least one receiving chambers at lateral sides thereof; each receiving chamber being installed with at least one set of sliding track which is formed by two round rods; each of receiving chamber formed with two stop walls at an upper and lower ends of an opening of the receiving chamber; the stop walls serving to retain the round rods in the receiving chamber; each of the set of the sliding track resisting against a sliding rod so that the round rod being slidable along the sliding track. The stop walls are screwed or buckled to an upper and a lower end of a lateral wall aside the opening of the receiving chamber. The sliding rod has a sharp angle resists against a middle area between the two round rods of a set of the sliding track.
ROLLING GUIDE DEVICE
A rolling guide device includes a track member, a moving member, and a plurality of rolling bodies. Rolling-body rolling surfaces that come into contact with an rolling-body outer circumferential surface of a rolling body are respectively formed in wall surfaces of a pair of wall portions included in the track member facing each other, a scraper including a pressing portion that presses the rolling-body rolling surfaces is turnably installed in the moving member, the scraper includes at least an attachment portion and a pressing portion, and is formed such that a frictional force of the pressing portion with respect to the rolling-body rolling surfaces is smaller than a frictional force of the attachment portion with respect to an attachment shaft formed in the moving member.
Cap for motion guide apparatus
A cap for a motion guide apparatus which can reduce generation of a burr and can also increase the fixing force. The cap of the present invention is for blocking a fastening member insertion hole of a guide rail of a motion guide apparatus. The cap includes a disc-shaped top surface portion, a cylindrical side surface portion hanging down from the top surface portion, and a plurality of protrusions provided on an outer peripheral surface of the side surface portion. The plurality of protrusions is apart from each other in a circumferential direction on the outer peripheral surface of the side surface portion, and is present at an upper end portion, or from the upper end portion to an axially middle portion, of the outer peripheral surface. A thickness of the side surface portion between the protrusions is less than a thickness of the top surface portion.

Liquid drainage mechanism and machine tool equipped with liquid drainage mechanism
A liquid drainage mechanism drains oil (liquid) from a Y-axis slider that moves along a predetermined path. The liquid drainage mechanism includes an outflow hole and a nozzle flow passage that are provided in a C-axis rotary mechanism and configured to flow the oil in a stator, a nozzle configured to move integrally with the Y-axis slider and discharge the oil, and a Y-axis guide member configured to guide the Y-axis slider. The nozzle is disposed at a position that is close to but not in contact with the Y-axis guide member, and the nozzle discharges the oil so that the oil reaches the Y-axis guide member.
