A rotation transmission device includes a one-way clutch which is provided between an output shaft of a speed increaser and an input shaft of a generator, which makes a connection between the output shaft and the input shaft to be rotatable integrally in a state in which a rotation speed of the output shaft is higher than that of the input shaft, and which cuts off the connection between the output shaft and the input shaft in a state in which the rotation speed of the output shaft is lower than that of the input shaft. The rotation transmission device further includes: a measurement section which measures a state of the one-way clutch which changes depending on a load exerted to the one-way clutch; and an acquisition section which acquires the load exerted to the one-way clutch on a basis of a measurement result of the measurement section.

A spring (11b) for a one-way clutch is provided that can suppress skewing of rollers and can restrain to a low level the stress generated due to bending of elastic pressure sections (23b1, 23b2). The spring (11b) is formed by subjecting an elastic metal plate to a bending process and comprises: a base section (22b) comprising a flat base-plate section (25); and a pair of elastic pressure sections (23b1, 23b2) formed by bending to an acute angle the both ends in the length direction of the base-plate section (25) towards the one side in the thickness direction of the base-plate section (25); and a pair of elbow sections (24a) located on the portions connecting the elastic pressure sections (23b1, 23b2) and the base-plate section (25). In particular, the elastic pressure sections (23b1, 23b2) cross each other in the middle sections in the length direction thereof.

An electric linear actuator includes a housing extending along a longitudinal axis, the housing configured to be coupled to a first component. A spindle is provided in the housing and extends along the longitudinal axis from a proximal end to a distal end. A motor is coupled to the proximal end of the spindle and is configured to rotate the spindle. A spindle nut is received on the spindle and is movable with respect to the housing along the longitudinal axis in response to rotation of the spindle. The spindle nut is configured to be coupled to a second component. A one-way bearing prevents back-drive of the motor when an external load is applied to the second component while the motor is not provided with electrical power.
