A motion device including a carriage for traveling along a rail. The carriage can have at least one rotatable fixed position roller, and at least one rotatable adjustable roller that is movable relative to the at least one fixed position roller for self compensating for play between the rollers and mating surfaces of the rail. Each adjustable roller can be part of a movable roller portion movably mounted to the carriage. The movable roller portion can be adjustably movable by a self adjustment mechanism. The self adjustment mechanism can include a mechanical advantage pushing member for movably engaging the movable roller portion. The mechanical advantage pushing member can be resiliently biased against the movable roller portion by a biasing arrangement. The biasing arrangement can cause movement of the mechanical advantage pushing member and the movable roller portion for moving the at least one adjustable roller for self compensating for play.

An actuator apparatus includes a gear housing including an arrangement surface of a drive gear. The arrangement surface is provided at an outer side of the gear housing. The apparatus includes a cover member fixed to the gear housing in a state of covering the drive gear. The apparatus includes a guide member of a drive cable meshing with the drive gear. The guide member is provided to extend in an arrangement direction of the drive cable. The apparatus includes a fixing portion provided at the arrangement surface and configured to fix the guide member relative to the gear housing.
PORTABLE DEVICE FOR PRECISION PLASMA AND OXY-FUEL TORCH CUTTING
A portable device for precision plasma and oxy-fuel torch cutting is provided. Versions of an example portable cutting torch tool guide the gun of a cutting torch to make precision linear cuts or curved cuts in a metal workpiece. In an implementation, the device is a gun for a cutting torch, with an integrated rail follower and adjustable vertical and horizontal offsets from a workpiece. The cutting torch tool may use various kinds of rails for stable cuts, with optional movement damping, motorized drive, servos for vertical and horizontal offset, and remote control with user interface.
LINEAR MOTION GUIDE UNIT
A linear motion guide unit has sleeves which form return passages and are formed of a high temperature resistant resin material which allows use in a high temperature environment. In the linear motion guide unit, spaces serving as grease pools are formed in the sleeves inserted into insertion holes of a carriage. The sleeves are formed of a thermoplastic resin whose heat distortion temperature is higher than 80° C. Each sleeve is formed by combining split circular members obtained by dividing a cylindrical member into two pieces along the longitudinal direction, and a plurality of grooves which become spaces are formed on the inner circumferential surfaces of the sprit circular members through cutting orthogonal to a parting plane between the split circular members.

In a cross-section taken along the axial direction passing through a center (O) of the ball (13), the axial-directional position of a line extending through a central axis (X) of the diameter-directional hole (15) in the outer circumferential surface of a retainer (14) is located between an intersection position (A), at which an outer circumferential surface (14a) of the retainer (14) and a surface of a ball (13) intersect, and an axial-directional end (B) of a pocket (P).

A lens barrel (10) comprises a holding frame (51); a guide pole (53); a focusing lens unit (52) that is slidably guided by the guide pole (53) and moves in an axial direction; an actuator that moves the focusing lens unit (52) in the axial direction relative to the holding frame (51); and leaf springs (55) that support the guide pole (53) so as to allow movement in the axial direction relative to the holding frame (51), at an amplitude smaller than the stroke of the focusing lens unit (52).

A swivel pad capable of automatically returning to a reference point, includes: a compression ball having top and bottom surfaces processed to be flat and having a first elastic body insertion hole; a support member configured to have one side in which an insertion groove for accommodating the compression ball is formed, and a first return space and a second elastic body insertion hole having a predetermined depth in a center of the first return space are formed below the insertion groove, and configured to have an opposite side formed with a connection portion connected to a clamp; and an elastic member having ends inserted into the first elastic body insertion hole and the second elastic body insertion hole, respectively, to support the compression ball, wherein the top surface of the compression ball compresses a workpiece to fix or move the workpiece.
MAIN SHAFT DEVICE
A main shaft device is attached to a work machine. The main shaft device is provided with a main shaft that supports a tool or a workpiece, and a main shaft motor that causes the main shaft to rotate. The main shaft device is provided with bearings that are rolling bearings which support the main shaft in an inner race, and a housing and a rear housing that secure an outer race of the bearings. The housing and the rear housing are formed of a material having a coefficient of thermal expansion greater than that of the main shaft.
Rotary table device
The rotary table device includes a base, a motor, a rotary drive shaft and a cross-roller bearing. An outer ring is rotationally driven through engagement of a pinion gear formed at a shaft end of the rotary rive shaft with a rack gear formed on the outer ring and transmission of a rotary drive force from the rotary drive shaft to the outer ring. The outer ring is formed in a hollow cylindrical shape covering a side of an inner ring, includes a table capable of mounting an external member on one side of the hollow cylindrical shape, and is integrated with the rack gear formed over an entire circumference of the other side thereof. With such a configuration, a rotary table device that can realize reduction in height, size and weight can be provided.
Method for diagnosing state of rolling guide device
Provided is a diagnosis method of appropriately recognizing a state of a rolling surface of a track member of a rolling guide device or a lubrication state of rolling elements using a sensor mounted to the rolling guide device. The diagnosis method is applied to a rolling guide device including: a track member having a rolling surface extending along a longitudinal direction of the track member; and a moving member, which is assembled to the track member through intermediation of a plurality of rolling elements configured to roll on the rolling surface so that the moving member is movable along the track member, and has an endless circulation path for the rolling elements. The diagnosis method includes: detecting a moving speed of the moving member relative to the track member while detecting relative vibration displacement of the moving member relative to the track member using a vibration sensor mounted to the moving member; and diagnosing a running state of the moving member relative to the track member based on those detection results.
