WORKING MACHINE
Provided is a working machine including first and second members, an angle detection device and a connection pin connected to the first and second members to rotate integrally with the second member relative to the first member. The angle detection device has a marker, an angle sensor and a guard member, which has a main guard portion covering the angle sensor and including an inner opposite surface opposed to an end surface of the projecting end portion and a guard-member-side engagement portion. One of the angle sensor and the marker is disposed on the inner opposite surface, the other disposed on the end surface. The first member has a first-member-side engagement portion engaging with the guard-member-side engagement portion to restrain the main guard portion from relative rotation. The guard member can contact with the connection pin to restrain the guard member from relative displacement to the projecting end portion.
System for Acquiring Identification Information, and Industrial Vehicle
An identification device that is attached to a target component and stores identification information of the target component; and a first communication device and a second communication device that wirelessly communicate with the identification device. The second communication device holds and transmits the identification information acquired by the second communication device as second-communication-device acquisition information. The first communication device includes: a first-communication-device holder that holds the identification information acquired by the first communication device and the received second-communication-device acquisition information as first-communication-device acquisition information and a first-communication-device judging unit that judges whether or not the identification information having the same contents is contained in the first-communication-device acquisition information. When the first-communication-device judging unit judges that the identification information having the same contents is contained in the first-communication-device acquisition information the first-communication-device holder merges the identification information judged to have the same contents.
Drive mechanism for rotatably coupling a system part or a machine part
The invention relates to a drive mechanism (1) for rotatably coupling a first system part or machine part, preferably an assembly (A), to a base, pedestal or frame or to another system part or machine part, for example for rotary positioning during the processing of large workpieces or during the moving of loads, which drive mechanism comprises two ring-shaped connecting elements (3, 4) each having at least one planar connecting surface (5, 6) and fastening means (7, 8) that are arranged distributed in a crown shape therein and effect connection to different system parts or machine parts or the like, said two connecting elements (3, 4) being arranged concentrically with each other and radially one inside the other with a gap-shaped interspace (9) in which are disposed one or more rows of rolling elements (14, 15, 16), each row whereof rolls between two respective raceways (17, 18) on the two connecting elements (3, 4), thus enabling same to rotate relative to each other, at least one connecting surface (5, 6) and at least one raceway (17, 18) being formed by machining or shaping a common base body. The invention is characterized in that at least one fully circumferentially extending row of magnets (40) is arranged inside the gap (9) on one connecting element (3, 4) and at least one fully circumferentially extending row of coils (38) is arranged directly opposite said magnets on the other connecting element (4, 3). According to the invention, at least one fully circumferentially extending row of magnets is arranged inside the gap on one connecting element and at least one fully circumferentially extending row of coils is arranged directly opposite said magnets on the other connecting element.
Screw profile mud-packing preventing
A rotating assembly for a machine is disclosed herein. The rotating assembly includes an annular support structure and a shaft assembly. The annular support structure includes a bore therethrough and protrusion extending helically around a portion of the bore. The shaft assembly includes a shaft and a collar coupled to the shaft. The collar includes a plurality of grooves located at the outer surface of the collar. The collar is positioned within the bore of the annular support structure such that the plurality of grooves are adjacent to the protrusion. As the annular support structure rotates, the protrusion rotates and is configured to move debris and mud out of the rotating assembly.
STOPPER ASSEMBLY FOR AN IMPLEMENT OF A MACHINE
A stopper assembly for a machine. The machine includes an implement. The stopper assembly includes a mount and a stopper. The mount is configured to be coupled to the machine. The stopper is configured to be pivotally coupled to the mount. The stopper is configured to restrict a pivotal movement of the implement when the stopper abuts the machine.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A COMPONENT
A method for manufacturing a component is provided. The method includes providing one or more notches on a surface of the component. Further, depositing a coating on the surface to provide a thickness of the coating on the surface, is performed. The method also includes removing, at least partially, the coating from the surface such that the thickness of the coating over the notches is different from the thickness of the coating on the surface adjacent to the notches.
ROLLING BEARING AND MATERIAL TRANSFER- OR CONSTRUCTION MACHINE HAVING SUCH A ROLLING BEARING
A rolling bearing having concentric bearing rings supported on one another rotatably with respect to each other by means of at least one row of rolling elements and have bearing races for the rolling elements of the at least one row of rolling elements. The invention further relates to a material transfer- or construction machine, such as a crane or cable excavator, having such a rolling bearing. Providing different bearing race corrections in different angular sectors of the bearing rings and/or providing the bearing race correction only in a fraction of the circumference of the bearing rings is advantageous over the conventional use of a bearing race correction that is constant over the circumference. A bearing race correction that is limited to one sector or that is different from sector to sector, or that is not constant over the circumference, enables the bearing rings to adapt to expected loads.
Method and a system for determining a load in a working machine
A method for determining a load in a working machine including a linkage to be connected to an implement includes determining pressure in a first hydraulic cylinder and pressure in a second hydraulic cylinder arranged to control the linkage and determining at least one link angle between at least two links in the linkage. The method further includes, for a selected linkage bearing, determining at least two perpendicular force components acting on the selected linkage bearing, based on the determined pressure in each of the first and second cylinders and the at least one link angle; and determining a load on the selected linkage bearing as a linear combination of the at least two perpendicular force components using predetermined constants for the linear combination.
Work equipment for motor grader
The work equipment for a motor grader includes: a rotary machine main body for rotating an outer gear engaging with an inner gear provided on an inner peripheral surface of an inner ring of a bearing; and a rotary machine lubrication unit provided on a gear cover in a circle rotary machine and for supplying a lubricant to a space, wherein the gear cover is provided in the rotary machine main body, covers the outer gear from the outer peripheral side thereof, forms the space between the outer gear and the gear cover, and is fixed to a drawbar plate.
PRESS FIT ROLLER COLLAR
A track roller shaft comprises a body including a revolved surface defining an axis of rotation, a radial direction, and a circumferential direction disposed about the axis of rotation. The body also defines a proximate axial end disposed along the axis of rotation, a radially extending hole that is disposed axially adjacent to the proximate axial end, and a guide member receiving pocket disposed axially further away from the proximate axial end than the radially extending hole.
