Cradle bearing assembly of swashplate type hydraulic axial piston unit
A bearing assembly having an inner race, an outer race, and a plurality of rollers positioned between the inner race and the outer race. A pad is attached to the inner race and a bed is attached to the outer race. A timing mechanism is slidably mounted to the pad and the bed. Preferably the pad and bed are made of plastic and the inner race is embedded within the pad and the outer race is embedded within the bed.
METHOD OF MOUNTING A BEARING TO AN AIR COMPRESSOR, AND AIR COMPRESSOR HAVING A BEARING MOUNTED BY THE METHOD
A method of mounting a bearing to an air compressor including a shaft element having a first end defining a central cylindrical recess and a second is disclosed, which includes the steps of: fixing the second end of the shaft element to a center of a gear; inserting the first end of the shaft element through a central hole of a bearing to have an annular step of the shaft element abutted an inner ring of the bearing; and hitting the first end of the shaft element by a striking tool with a central pin to form an outwardly extending rim on the first end of the shaft element. With the method, the bearing can be firmly fixed between the outwardly extending rim and the annular step of the shaft element.
Liquid Injection Ring and Refrigerant Lubricated Bearing Assembly
The present application relates to a liquid injection ring and a refrigerant lubricated bearing assembly, the liquid injection ring includes a ring body; the ring body is provided with a liquid storage chamber and a plurality of liquid guide holes; the liquid storage chamber is arranged in a circle around the axis of the ring body; the inlets of the liquid guide holes communicate with the liquid storage chamber; the outlets of the liquid guide holes face the end surface of a to-be-lubricated bearing; and the plurality of liquid guide holes are uniformly distributed in a spaced manner along the circumferential direction of the ring body.
Method of mounting a bearing to an air compressor, and air compressor having a bearing mounted by the method
A method of mounting a bearing to an air compressor including a shaft element having a first end and a second is disclosed, which includes the steps of: fixing the second end of the shaft element to a center of a gear; inserting the first end of the shaft element through a central hole of a bearing to have an annular step of the shaft element abutted an inner ring of the bearing; and hitting the first end of the shaft element by a striking tool to form an expanded or flared edge on a top face of the first end of the shaft element. With the method, the bearing can be firmly fixed between the expanded or flared edge and the annular step of the shaft element.
Pump Body and Compressor with Pump Body
The disclosure discloses a pump body and a compressor with the pump body. The pump body includes: a flange structure; a bearing, the bearing being provided with an inner ring and an outer ring, the inner ring being rotatably disposed on the flange structure, and an end face of the inner ring being abutted against a contact face of the flange structure; and an oil guide channel provided inside a side wall of the inner ring, or inside the flange structure, or the side wall of the inner ring and inside the flange structure, an outlet of the oil guide channel being positioned between the end face of the inner ring and the contact face of the flange structure, so as to introduce lubricating oil between the end face of the inner ring and the contact face of the flange structure.
BEARING ASSEMBLY AND COMPRESSOR COMPRISING SAME
Some embodiments of the disclosure disclose a bearing assembly and a compressor with the bearing assembly. The bearing assembly includes: a retainer assembly (50), a bearing stationary ring (40), and a bearing rotary ring (10). The retainer assembly (50) is disposed between the bearing stationary ring (40) and the bearing rotary ring (10). A lubrication passage is provided in an end face of the bearing rotary ring (10).
ENGINE
Embodiments are directed toward an engine. In some embodiments, the engine includes a water pump and a balancer shaft. In some embodiments, the water pump has a plain bearing. In some embodiments, plain bearing is supplied with pressurized oil. In some embodiments, the balancer shaft drives the water pump as well as cam shafts.
Support for Reciprocating Pump
A gearbox is coupled to a power end housing of a reciprocating pump, where the gearbox includes at least one support member having a first end securely affixed to the gearbox, and the at least one support member having a second end securely affixed to an immobile part of the reciprocating pump for supporting the gearbox and resisting movement of the gearbox relative to the reciprocating pump.
Systems and Methods for a Tangent Drive High Pressure Pump
Systems and methods are described for a reciprocating mechanism. The system includes at least one axially translating y-axis component configured to reciprocate substantially along a y-axis with a reciprocating motion of a piston assembly relative to a base. The system also includes at least one x-axis component slidingly coupled via at least one bearing assembly to and translating with the at least one y-axis component along the y-axis. The at least one x-axis component is configured to reciprocate substantially perpendicularly to the y-axis relative to the at least one y-axis component, and includes an orbital output component and an orbital linking component disposed substantially concentric with the orbital output component. The system also includes a stationary output component rotatably attached to the base in a direction that is substantially perpendicular to both the x-axis and y-axis, and a stationary linking component rotatably attached to the base in a direction that is substantially concentric with the stationary output component.
