SINTERED BEARING AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SINTERED BEARING
20210040989 · 2021-02-11 ·

A sintered bearing is made of a sintered compact containing nickel silver (CuNiZn) as a base. In the sintered bearing, P is not added in the sintered compact. Alternatively, a content of P in the sintered compact is less than 0.05 mass % in terms of mass ratio to a total mass. Consequently, crystal grains constituting the sintered compact can be micronized. In particular, in the sintered bearing, an average crystal particle diameter of the crystal grains constituting the sintered compact is 20 m or less. Consequently, the mechanical strength and the vibration resisting properties can be improved, and the rotation shaft can be prevented from being damaged.

The sleeve is preferably formed using an additive manufacturing process. The insert and/or a separate face plate are preferably formed through a machining process, and the insert is mechanically joined to the sleeve, and the face plate is preferably mechanically joined to the sleeve and also advantageously retains the insert in the sleeve.

Method of mounting a bearing to an air compressor, and air compressor having a bearing mounted by the method
11053981 · 2021-07-06 · ·

A method of mounting a bearing to an air compressor including a shaft element having a first end defining a central cylindrical recess and a second is disclosed, which includes the steps of: fixing the second end of the shaft element to a center of a gear; inserting the first end of the shaft element through a central hole of a bearing to have an annular step of the shaft element abutted an inner ring of the bearing; and hitting the first end of the shaft element by a striking tool with a central pin to form an outwardly extending rim on the first end of the shaft element. With the method, the bearing can be firmly fixed between the outwardly extending rim and the annular step of the shaft element.

The swash plate bearing may have an arcuate cage member having at least one flange and a plurality of rolling elements rotatably coupled to the at least one flange. A coupling seat extends laterally from the at least one flange, the coupling seat may have an insertion hole. A link member may be rotatably coupled to the cage member, the link member having a central portion positioned between a first terminal portion and a second terminal portion. A first stem connects the central portion to the first terminal portion and a second stem connects the central portion to the second terminal portion. The central portion is positioned in the insertion hole.

BEARING DEVICE, COMPRESSOR, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SUCH A BEARING DEVICE
20200386267 · 2020-12-10 ·

A bearing device, a compressor and a method, in which a first radial bearing element is measured in at least the radial direction, an axial distance of the first axial bearing element from the first radial bearing element being measured, the second radial bearing element being measured in at least the radial direction, the first radial bearing element being positioned with respect to the second radial bearing element as a function of the predefined first width of the radial gap, the adjustment arrangement being situated in such a way that the axial gap has the predefined second width.

Compressor

A compressor according to the present disclosure may include a bearing member located out of a range in an axial direction of a rotor. Accordingly, the bearing member and the rotor cannot overlap each other so as to reduce a bearing area. This may result in reducing a frictional loss of the compressor and ensuring a press-fit length of the rotor, so as to prevent interference between the rotor and a stator. Also, an area of an oil passage can be increased without an increase in the frictional loss, resulting in an increase in an amount of oil supplied.

Roller bearing assembly for use in a fracking pump crank shaft

A roller bearing assembly for use in a fracking pump crank shaft includes an inner ring being positioned an outer ring and a plurality of rolling elements disposed therebetween. Each of the rolling elements have a bore extending therein. The roller bearing assembly includes a cage having an annular disc with pins extending axially inward therefrom and into the bore. The pins are positioned on the annular disc so that the rolling elements are spaced apart from one another with a gap extending continuously therebetween. The gap is of a predetermined magnitude to maximize the number of rolling elements that fit between the inner ring and the outer ring to maximize load carrying capacity of the roller bearing assembly.
