ROLLER BEARING ASSEMBLY FOR USE IN A FRACKING PUMP CRANK SHAFT
A roller bearing assembly for use in a fracking pump crank shaft includes an inner ring being positioned an outer ring and a plurality of rolling elements disposed therebetween. Each of the rolling elements have a bore extending therein. The roller bearing assembly includes a cage having an annular disc with pins extending axially inward therefrom and into the bore. The pins are positioned on the annular disc so that the rolling elements are spaced apart from one another with a gap extending continuously therebetween. The gap is of a predetermined magnitude to maximize the number of rolling elements that fit between the inner ring and the outer ring to maximize load carrying capacity of the roller bearing assembly.
HIGH EFFICIENCY GEAR PUMP BEARING ASSEMBLY
A bearing assembly for a gear pump that includes a bearing housing, a bearing, and a biasing member. The bearing housing has a housing bore that extends between a first housing end and a second housing end along a bearing axis. The bearing is disposed within the housing bore. The bearing has an outer diameter extending between a first bearing end and a second bearing end. The biasing member is disposed between the bearing and the bearing housing to apply a biasing load to the bearing.
Coolant Pump Having an Improved Gap Seal
A coolant pump that includes: a rotating slide ring, which is arranged on the pump impeller towards an axial end of the entry opening; a static slide ring, which is arranged on the pump housing around the mouth of the inlet opposite the rotating slide ring; the rotating slide ring has a sliding surface and the static slide ring has a sliding surface, the sliding surfaces are facing one another and form a sliding bearing that receives a force directed axially away from the pump impeller to the pump housing; and a microstructure for creating a hydrodynamic lubricating film between the sliding surfaces is formed on at least one of the sliding surfaces facing one another, the microstructure includes cavities that collect liquid coolant on the at least one sliding surface.
ELECTRIC CENTRIFUGAL COMPRESSOR
An electric centrifugal compressor includes: an electric motor including a rotational shaft; a first impeller disposed on one end side of the rotational shaft; a first bearing rotatably supporting the rotational shaft at a position between the first impeller and the electric motor and including a lubricant; and a first bearing housing accommodating the first bearing, The first bearing housing includes a compressed gas supply hole for supplying a compressed gas from outside of the first bearing housing to a gap between a rotating body including the rotational shaft and the first bearing housing. An outlet of the compressed gas supply hole is disposed on an inner surface of the first bearing housing and is located between the first impeller and the first bearing in an axial direction of the rotational shaft.
Sliding component
A sliding component has an annular shape with a fluid facing inside and outside of the sliding component and has a sliding surface relatively sliding with eccentric rotation, in which the sliding surface includes a land and a plurality of dynamic pressure generation mechanisms arranged in a circumferential direction, the dynamic pressure generation mechanism includes a shallow groove portion and a deep groove portion, the shallow groove portion communicates with the deep groove portion, and a communication passage providing a communication between the deep groove portion and either an inside space or an outside space of the sliding component is formed in the sliding component.
BI-METALLIC JOURNAL BEARING WITH ADDITIVE MANUFACTURED SLEEVE
A bi-metallic bearing assembly is provided for an associated pump. The bearing assembly includes a sleeve formed of a first metal, and having at least one opening therein, and an insert formed of a different, second metal, wherein the insert is received in the sleeve opening. The sleeve is preferably formed using an additive manufacturing process. The insert and/or a separate face plate are preferably formed through a machining process, and the insert is mechanically joined to the sleeve, and the face plate is preferably mechanically joined to the sleeve and also advantageously retains the insert in the sleeve.

A method for estimating the temperature of a stator coil of a magnetic suspension bearing of a rotor that is connected by connection wires to circuits for servo-controlling the position of the rotor includes the following steps: measuring the electric voltage at the terminals of the connection wires of the stator coil; measuring the intensity of the current passing through the stator coil; estimating the electric resistance of the stator coil and of the connection wires on the basis of an adaptive filter, the measured electric voltage and the intensity of the measured current; and estimating the temperature of the coil on the basis of the value of the estimated resistance.
Linear drive assembly
A linear drive assembly configured for use within a power end assembly. The linear drive assembly is configured to interconnect a crankshaft and a pony rod and comprises a crosshead assembly attached to a connecting rod assembly. In one or more embodiments disclosed herein, the connecting rod assembly is configured to attach to opposite sides of the crosshead assembly so that no portion of the connecting rod assembly is disposed within an interior of a crosshead included in the crosshead assembly.

Peak portions B formed between adjacent grooves C come into contact with the outer circumferential surface of crank shaft 13 to support crank shaft 13. With bearing 11, the thickness of peak portions B at the center in the direction of the crank shaft 13 differs from the thickness of peak portions B at the end.
