The inner wall defines an inner pumping cavity having a pumping cavity inlet and a pumping cavity outlet. The outer wall surrounds at least part of the inner wall. The outer wall being spaced apart from the outer wall defining a pressure cavity between the inner and outer walls. The pumping cavity outlet is in fluid communication with the pressure cavity. As such, the pressure cavity may be supplied with high pressure fluid that is pumped. The gear pump includes a pair of pumping gears between the pumping cavity inlet and pumping cavity outlet.

A bearing assembly for rotatably supporting a first component with respect to a second component includes at least one bearing including a bearing ring, at least one further component, and at least one lubricant branch structure configured to carry a lubricant to the bearing and to the further component, wherein the lubricant branch structure is at least partially disposed in the bearing ring or the lubricant branch structure is at least partially disposed in a distributor piece directly abutting the bearing ring.

Provided is a feed screw assembly for a fluid dispense pump, comprising a feed screw; a feed screw shaft extending from the feed screw; a spanner nut about the feed screw shaft; a bearing assembly about the feed screw shaft between the spanner nut and the feed screw The bearing assembly includes an outer ring that directly abuts the spanner nut; and an inner ring that rotates inside and relative to the outer ring, wherein the inner ring is coupled to the feed screw shaft for rotating the feed screw, and wherein the inner ring is separated from the spanner nut by a gap.
