Clamping apparatus for securing a main bearing of a wind turbine during an installation and/or repair procedure
The present disclosure is directed to a clamping apparatus for securing a main bearing of a wind turbine. The clamping apparatus includes a clamp member configured for securement to a seal ring arranged with the main bearing, at least one clamping fastener configured through the clamp member, and at least one jacking fastener configured through the clamp member. Thus, the clamping fastener is configured to tighten the clamp member around the seal ring, whereas the jacking fastener is configured to push against the main bearing when tightened so as to maintain the main bearing in place during and installation and/or repair procedure.
BALL JOINT WITH ELECTRONIC BRAKING
In one embodiment, a ball joint comprises a base that includes a first surface that defines a hemispherical chamber and an electromagnet located internal to the base. The ball joint further comprises an armature plate fastened to the first surface of the housing and defining an aperture that extends through the armature plate towards the hemispherical chamber. The ball joint further comprises a shaft that extends through the aperture of the armature plate and has a rounded end that engages the hemispherical chamber of the housing. Powering the electromagnet draws the armature plate towards the first surface to provide compressive force to the shaft and prevents movement of the shaft.
DISC BRAKE ASSEMBLY
A brake assembly including an operating shaft, a yoke, and a rotating element. The rotating element bearing may be positioned between a convex bearing surface of the operating shaft and a concave bearing surface of the yoke such that the rotating element bearing may be configured to move relative to the operating shaft and relative to the yoke during actuation of the brake.
Segment bearing device having offset mounting rolling element and pivot lever arrangement having said segment bearing device
A segment bearing device for supporting a first bearing partner relative to a second bearing partner about a pivot axis (S) includes a plurality of rolling elements, a segment cage for receiving the rolling elements, and a partial shell, the partial shell providing a race for the rolling elements. At least one of the plurality of rolling elements is arranged as a mounting rolling element in a first partial circle (TK1) in an operating state of the segment bearing device, and is held in a second partial circle (TK2) in a mounted state of the segment bearing device. The common center point of the partial circles (TK1, TK2) is defined by a center of curvature of the segment cage, and the first partial circle (TK1) has a smaller diameter than the second partial circle (TK2).
Brake control apparatus
A guide ring of a pump portion is fixed in a cylinder containing hole in such a manner that a distal end of a first end portion thereof is positioned in a cam containing hole on an upper side with respect to an opening edge of the cylinder containing hole.
AIRCRAFT BRAKE TORQUE LOAD REACTION THROUGH LANDING GEAR BOGIE STRUCTURE
An aircraft landing gear arrangement may comprise a landing gear bogie having an axle, a torque tube surrounding the axle and mechanically coupled to the landing gear bogie. A brake stack may surround the torque tube. The torque tube may comprise a cylindrical body extending between a first end and a second end. A flange may be disposed at the first end. A mating surface may be disposed on the first end or the second end of the torque tube for mating the torque tube to the landing gear bogie. A bogie flange may extend from the landing gear bogie whereby the torque tube may be mounted to the landing gear bogie.
A MONOBLOC MOUNTING BRACKET FOR FOOT PARKING BRAKE
Disclosed is a monobloc mounting bracket for a foot parking brake, The mounting bracket includes a pedal arm connection plate having a shaft installation hole at one side of one surface so as to rotatably install one end of a shaft for pivotably installing the pedal arm; a fixation plate extended to be bent in one direction from a front end of the pedal arm connection plate and having one pair of fixation holes so as to be fixed to the dashboard via multiple fixation members; a release member extended rewards from a rear end of the pedal arm connection plate and provided to install the release member via pin; and a cable suspension plate extended to be bent in a direction opposite to the fixation plate from a lower end of the pedal arm connection plate and having a cable suspension hole so as penetrate and suspend one end of the cable.

Bearing of a lever, which is provided with a pivot arm, in relation to a pressure piece
A bearing is described that has a first race on a lever side that is curved in a partially cylindrical manner. The bearing has a second race on a pressure piece side that is curved in a partially cylindrical manner. Rolling elements are present that roll on both the first and second races and are grouped together in a bearing cage. A radial projection, which is fixed in terms of rotation relative to the second race and forms a stop which limits the mobility of the bearing cage in one circumferential direction, is present. A pocket or opening, which is arranged in the first race or extends partially into the first race, is also present.
MACHINERY FOR WINDING A FIBROUS TEXTURED MATERIAL, AND ASSOCIATED WINDING METHOD
A tooling for winding a fibrous fabric on a support, allowing gradual modification of the shape of the support as winding progresses, and includes compaction devices to reduce wrinkling of the fabric obtained after compaction.
