Atropine pharmaceutical compositions
The inventive subject matter is directed to compositions and methods for sterile and storage stable low-dose atropine formulations with improved stability. Most preferably, the compositions presented herein are substantially preservative free and exhibit less than 0.35% tropic acid from degradation of atropine. Advantageously, contemplated formulations are also substantially free of preservatives.

LIQUID FORMULATIONS FOR TREATMENT OF DISEASES OR CONDITIONS
Described herein are liquid formulations which deliver a variety of therapeutic agents, including but not limited to rapamycin, to a subject for an extended period of time; liquid formulations which form a non-dispersed mass when placed in an aqueous medium of a subject; liquid formulations comprising a therapeutic agent and a plurality of polymers; and methods for delivering therapeutic agents to a subject for an extended period of time using the liquid formulations. The liquid formulation may be placed in an aqueous medium of a subject, including but not limited to via intraocular or periocular administration. A method may be used to administer rapamycin to treat or prevent angiogenesis, choroidal neovascularization, or age-related macular degeneration in a subject.
Anti-Inflammatory and Mydriatic Intracameral Solutions for Inhibition of Postoperative Ocular Inflammatory Conditions
The present invention provides methods for inhibiting postoperative inflammatory conditions following ophthalmologic surgical procedures by administering intraocularly during an ophthalmologic surgical procedure a solution including a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory agent and an alpha-1 adrenergic mydriatic agent, such as a liquid irrigation solution of ketorolac and phenylephrine.
ATROPINE-CONTAINING AQUEOUS COMPOSITION
Disclosed herein is an aqueous composition comprising 0.001-0.1% (w/v) atropine or a salt thereof, a water-soluble polymer, and buffer (1), which is at a pH range of 6 or lower, wherein the buffer (1) is at least one selected from the group consisting of a phosphate buffer, an aminocarboxylate buffer, a carbonate buffer, an acetate buffer, a tartrate buffer, a borate buffer, and trometamol.

Vectors encoding rod-derived cone viability factor
The present invention relates to nucleic acids coding for and capable of expressing a rod-derived cone viability factor (RdCVF) and viral vectors containing these nucleic acids. The invention also relates to compositions and pharmaceutical preparations comprising these nucleic acids or vectors, methods of producing or secreting an RdCVF, and methods of treatment.
