CROWN-SHAPED RETAINER FOR BALL BEARING AND BALL BEARING
A bar portion is formed so that an outer circumferential surface on a tip portion side is located on an inner diameter side with respect to an outer circumferential surface of a main portion. On an inner diameter side of a cage, lightened portions obtained by notching in an axial direction from an axial side surface of the main portion are formed separately at positions of the respective bar portions in a circumferential direction. Each lighting portion is formed separately from a surface of a pocket and an axially outer surface of the bar portion formed between a pair of claw portions. An axial dimension T1 of a wall portion formed between an axially outer surface of the bar portion and an inner wall surface of the lightened portion is greater than an axial dimension T2 of the main portion on a bottom portion of the pocket.

FRICTION BEARING, AND METHOD FOR LUBRICATING AND COOLING A FRICTION BEARING
A friction bearing of a planetary gearbox, has first and second rotatably connected components. Oil adjacent an oil feed pocket of the first component is directed into the bearing clearance between the components. The oil is directed into the pocket by a first line that opens into the pocket. The profile of the line conjointly with the radial direction of the bearing clearance encloses an angle to direct the oil from the line into the oil feed pocket, the angle being approximately 5°-60° to the radial direction of the bearing clearance and in the main rotation direction of the second component in relation to the first component, or at an angle of approximately 5°-20° to the radial direction of the bearing clearance and in the circumferential direction of the bearing clearance and counter to the main rotation direction of the second component to the first component.
Disconnection assembly
A disconnection assembly has a one-way clutch. The one-way clutch serves to either connect or disconnect the power connection of a vehicle. The disconnection assembly is installed in a reducer including an intermediate shaft, a bushing, an outer gear and a one-way clutch. The bushing is secured to the intermediate shaft by spline. The one-way clutch is disposed between the bushing and the outer gear. The one-way clutch is locked to drive the rotation of the intermediate shaft through the bushing when the outer gear rotates in a first direction, and the one-way clutch is released to allow the outer gear rotates freely when the outer gear rotates in a second direction.
TAPERED ROLLER BEARING
A tapered roller bearing is provided in which, in order to prevent a sharp rise in temperature and rotate the bearing smoothly even when the bearing is used under sever lubrication conditions, a grinding undercut has an undercut width A of 0.5 mm or less from a reference point to a large flange surface, the reference point being the intersection point of the imaginary line extending from the generatrix of the raceway surface of the inner ring toward the grinding undercut, and the imaginary line extending from the generatrix of the large flange surface toward the grinding undercut.
BEARING UNIT AND STRAIN WAVE GEARING
A bearing unit is provided with a strain element for torque detection. The strain element is provided with a first annular part attached to a rotation-side member, a second annular part attached to a load-side member, and a plurality of ribs serving as strained parts linking the first annular part and the second annular part together. One of an inner race and an outer race is integrally formed on the first annular part of the strain element. Deformation, which occurs in the ribs of the strain element due to torque exerted on the rotation-side member from the load-side member, is detected by a strain gauge, etc., and converted to torque. The strain element for torque detection can be incorporated into a motor, a reducer, or another rotary propulsion unit without the need for a dedicated installation space and without the need for fastening fittings, etc.
Lubricant supported external rotor architectures
A lubricant supported electric motor includes a stator and a rotor and a drive hub. The rotor is moveable relative to the stator and a gap is defined between the rotor and the stator. A lubricant is disposed within the gap to support the rotor relative to the stator and provide a bearing mechanism. The drive hub is coupled to the rotor such that rotation of the rotor causes rotation of the drive hub. The drive hub may be connected to the rotor via a coupler member that is torsionally stiff and axially and radially compliant. The stator may be fixed relative to a connection structure that extends radially within the stator. The connection member may support the drive hub for rotation. Lubricant is supplied via a passageway extending through the connection member into a chamber that includes the gap.
GEAR MOTOR AND ASSOCIATED CYCLE
A gear motor of an electrical assistance device, in particular for a cycle, includes a gear reducer and an electric motor including a stator and a rotor integral in rotation with a shaft forming the input of the gear reducer. The gear reducer includes a toothed crown integral with the stator, a satellite-carrier fitted to pivot around the shaft, and forming the output of the gear reducer, at least two planet wheels fitted firstly on respective eccentric cams via a respective bearing. The ge ar motor also includes a rotor bearing to center a first end of the shaft on a fixed shaft of the gear motor, and a bearing device including deformable rolling elements. The bearing device is interposed between the satellite-carrier and a cylindrical receptacle which is integral with the stator, to center the shaft in the cylindrical receptacle at a second end.
Packaging sleeve
Disclosed is a packaging sleeve for a full complement needle roller bearing, wherein the packing sleeve is adapted to accommodate at least one set of needles of a full complement needle roller bearing, and wherein the packaging sleeve comprises an outer cylindrical sleeve, wherein a shoulder is arranged on an inner surface of the outer cylindrical sleeve so that the set of needles abut against the shoulder when being arranged in the outer cylindrical sleeve. Furthermore, a packaging sleeve arrangement including such a packaging sleeve and a method for mounting a packaging sleeve are disclosed.
Gearbox case with wear sleeve
