A chain joint assembly includes a pin integral with at least one respective first chain link and a bushing, integral with at least one respective second chain link. The pin and the bushing are coaxial. The bushing has a constant inside diameter. At least one elastic ring is interposed between the pin and the bushing. The at least one elastic ring is substantially aligned with the portion of bushing which is coupled to a respective second chain link.

VARIABLE COMPRESSION RATIO ENGINE

A variable compression ratio (VCR) internal combustion engine having a compression stroke and an expansion stroke includes an engine block defining a cylinder and a cylinder head mounted to the engine block and defining at least a part of a combustion chamber. The VCR engine also includes a reciprocating piston arranged inside the cylinder and configured to compress a mixture of air and fuel and receive a combustion force, wherein the compression stroke of the piston defines a compression ratio of the engine. The VCR engine additionally includes a six-bar linkage mechanism configured to operatively connect the piston to the engine block, articulate on seven distinct parallel axes, decouple the compression stroke from the expansion stroke, and continuously and selectively vary the compression stroke of the piston and the compression ratio of the engine.

BUSH AND ASSOCIATED BUSH CHAIN

A bush (1, 19) for a bush chain (15), the inner surface (4) of which bush has a friction surface for a pin (12), wherein the inner surface (4) has two sections (4, 5, 21, 22), which lie opposite each other and extend in the longitudinal direction of the bush (1, 19) and are asymmetrically curved.

Splash Ring

A centrifugal pump includes at least one impeller and a distribution arrangement. The at least one impeller is driven by a shaft. The shaft is rotatably supported by bearings. The distribution arrangement is immersed in a lubricating means. The distribution arrangement is operatively connected to the shaft. The distribution arrangement is configured as a structure formed of at least two elements.

SEALED SELF-LUBRICATING ROLLER CHAIN

A roller chain includes a bush having first and second ends, a pin extending through the bush and having first and second ends projecting from the bush, a roller supported by an outer surface of the bush, a first inner link having an opening mounted on the first end of the bush and a second inner link having an opening mounted on the second end of the bush, a first outer link having an opening mounted on the first end of the pin and a second outer link having an opening mounted at the second end of the pin, and a first seal body axially mounted between the first inner link and the first outer link and a second seal body axially mounted between the second inner link and the second outer link, wherein the bush comprises a sintered cylinder impregnated with a lubricant.

ENERGY CHAIN HAVING PLAIN BEARING RINGS
20250102079 · 2025-03-27 ·

An energy chain for guiding lines such as cables, hoses or the like, the energy chain comprising a number of articulatedly interconnected chain links which comprise mutually parallel side parts connected in the longitudinal direction to form two strands which are interconnected by transverse webs. The pin body comprises, at an axially outer end, at least one retaining protrusion which protrudes radially with respect to the bearing surface and by means of which at least the plain bearing ring can be axially inserted into the joint receptacle of the second side part and/or can be axially secured in said joint receptacle. The retaining protrusion axially adjoins the bearing surface, more particularly on a side of the bearing surface axially facing away from the fastening region, more particularly on the outside of the chain link.

BICYCLE CHAIN WITH BUSHING LINK

A bicycle chain which includes inner link plates which are formed to act as both a rotating joint for the pin and a supporting surface for the roller. Two internal links together form an internal link assembly, along with rollers and bushings. A device can be used to prevent clearance fit bushings from falling out of the apertures of inner link plates when the bicycle chain is in non-hooked up state. The device is present on an outer face of the inner link plates surrounding each of the apertures. The device is a partial ridge of non-continuous nodes or a ridge that surrounds that the aperture in its entirety. The device extends from the outer face and into the inner circumference of the aperture.
