The average of intervals between apexes of the convex portions on the surface of the surface layer is equal to or greater than 6.7 micrometers and is equal to or less than 39.8 micrometers.

Provided is a lubricant composition having small shear rate dependence of its apparent viscosity. The lubricant composition includes a perfluoropolyether as a base oil, and fluorine resin particles as a thickener. The lubricant composition further includes a fluorine-containing polymer having a tetrafluoroethylene structure under a state in which the polymer is dissolved in the perfluoropolyether.

A laminate includes, in order, a base layer, an intermediate layer and a surface layer, wherein: the base layer is a polymerized product of a base layer composition containing at least compound A having a (meth)acryloyl group; the intermediate layer is a polymerized product of an intermediate layer composition containing (i) compound B having two or more functional groups, at least one of which being (meth)acryloyl group, and (ii) compound C having two or more functional groups, at least one of which being hydroxyl group; the surface layer is a polymerized product of a surface layer composition containing at least compound D having an isocyanate group; the (meth)acryloyl group in the base layer is bonded to the (meth)acryloyl group in the intermediate layer composition; and the hydroxyl group in the intermediate layer is bonded to the isocyanate group in the surface layer composition.

A method of forming joints of composite frame includes forming a composite frame by interconnecting a plurality of composite rods formed by an Automated Fiber Placement (AFP) manufacturing method around a mandrel, applying a first shell to the plurality of composite rods at a first location where composite rods are interconnected, applying a second shell at the first location opposite the first shell relative to the composite rods, and joining the first and second shells together with the composite rods at the first location disposed between the first and second shells.

Provided is a developing roll (R) with which it is possible to suppress toner stress in a low-temperature and low-humidity environment. A developing roll (R) for an electrophotographic device has a surface layer (1). In a surface hardness histogram (10) of the surface layer (1) measured by using an atomic force microscope (AFM), the surface hardness (H) at the top peak (P) is in the range of 10-55 MPa, and the area ratio (S) of the histogram portion corresponding to a surface hardness of 45 MPa or below in relation to the entire histogram is 65% or above.

A conductive roller 10 includes: a shaft 1; and an elastic layer 2 and a surface layer 3, which are sequentially formed on the outer circumference of the shaft 1. In this conductive roller 10, the surface layer 3 is composed of a mixture of a surface layer resin composition and particles, the surface layer resin composition contains a heat-curable or energy ray-curable urethane resin, and the particles are composed of a particle resin composition containing a urethane (meth)acrylate.
