CLUTCH SYSTEM
A clutch system includes a friction clutch, a ramp system, a pilot clutch, and an actuation element. The friction clutch is for transmitting torque between a torque-introducing element and a torque discharging element. The friction clutch includes a pressure plate. The system is for axially moving the pressure plate. The ramp system has an input ramp and an output ramp. The output ramp is rotatable relative to the input ramp to change an axial extent of the ramp system. The pilot clutch is for initiating rotation of the input ramp relative to the output ramp in response to a speed differential between the torque-introducing element and the torque-discharging element. The actuation element is arranged radially on the inside relative to the friction clutch and is at least partially covered by the friction clutch when viewed in a radial direction.
ELECTROMAGNETIC CLUTCH COMPRISING A SELECTOR SLEEVE
The present disclosure relates to an electromagnetic clutch, including a selector sleeve which is arranged in a rotationally fixed manner on a first shaft and is adapted to be shifted linearly along the first shaft between an engaged and a disengaged state, a coupling body which is aligned coaxially to the first shaft, a stator which has a coil which serves to shift an armature ring linearly along the first shaft, the armature ring being mounted radially in an axial guide separately from the first shaft and the coupling body, wherein a shifting of the armature ring by the coil is also accompanied by a shifting of the selector sleeve. The present disclosure also relates to a method of closing and opening an electromagnetic clutch.
ACTUATION ASSEMBLY AND ACTUATOR FOR A POWER TRAIN
An electromagnetic actuation assembly includes an actuator comprising a magnetic field frame provided with an annular housing extending circumferentially about a reference axis, a coil arranged in the annular housing of the magnetic field frame, and a plunger able to be moved axially between a first axial zone and a second axial zone with respect to the magnetic field frame as a function of the magnetic field produced by the coil when this coil is supplied with current. A first shock absorber is mounted either on the plunger or on the magnetic field frame or on an actuator support to which the actuator is fixed, the first shock absorber being arranged in such a way as to be deformed by the movement of the plunger when the plunger reaches the first axial zone.
Electromagnetic clutch
An electromagnetic clutch includes a rotation transmission member supported by an input shaft portion via a bearing. The rotation transmission member includes a movement regulating portion having abutment portions that abut against the bearing. The clutch further includes first and second spring members that bias an armature toward a braking member, and a connecting member overlaid on the movement regulating portion. The connecting member has first holes at portions facing the abutment portions, and second holes at portions facing regions between the abutment portions. One-end portions of the first and second spring members are attached to the armature. First fixing members inserted into the first holes fix the other-end portions of the first spring members to the connecting member. Second fixing members inserted into the second holes fix the other-end portions of the second spring members to the connecting member and fix the connecting member to the movement regulating portion.
ELECTROMAGNETIC CLUTCH
An electromagnetic clutch includes an armature to be attracted to a rotor, an armature hub formed on one end portion of a rotating shaft, and a leaf spring which connects the armature to the armature hub and biases the armature away from the rotor. The leaf spring includes a base fixed to the armature hub, a stopper connected to the base, and a connecting piece surrounding the stopper by projecting outside from the base, and fixed to the armature. A through hole into which a rivet for fixing the base to the armature hub is inserted is formed in the base. A low-strength portion having strength lower than that in the periphery of the through hole is formed in a boundary portion between the base and a connecting portion.
Electromagnetic clutch comprising a selector sleeve
An electromagnetic clutch is provided which includesa selector sleeve arranged in a rotationally fixed manner on a first shaft and is adapted to be shifted linearly along the first shaft between an engaged and a disengaged state, a coupling body which is aligned coaxially to the first shaft, a stator which has a coil which serves to shift an armature ring linearly along the first shaft, the armature ring being mounted radially in an axial guide separately from the first shaft and the coupling body, wherein a shifting of the armature ring by the coil is also accompanied by a shifting of the selector sleeve. A method of closing and opening an electromagnetic clutch is also included herein.
Electromagnetic clutch and method of closing and opening an electromagnetic clutch
An electromagnetic clutch is provided, which includes a shifting sleeve having a first toothing arranged in a rotationally fixed manner on a first shaft and can be displaced linearly along the first shaft between an engaged and a disengaged state, a first clutch body, which has a second toothing and which is aligned coaxially to the first shaft, the first and/or the second toothing having undercuts in the direction of the engaged state, which are configured such that a torque transmission between the first shaft and the first clutch body generates a force on the shifting sleeve in the direction of the engaged state. Also included is a method of closing and opening an electromagnetic clutch.
