CLUTCH UNIT
Provided is a clutch unit in which an output-side outer ring member is attached to a base plate without welding. A clutch unit (100) includes an output-side clutch (60) and a housing (11) that accommodates the output-side clutch (60). The output-side clutch (60) includes an output-side outer ring member (62). The output-side outer ring member (62) and the housing (11) have an engagement protrusion (62s) and an engagement groove (11s) that engage with each other to restrict relative rotation therebetween.
Power transmission device interlocking with accelerator and brake pedal
According to the present invention, a power transmission device of a clutch system can transmit power to precisely control and operate a clutch assembly, in conjunction with pressing and releasing of an accelerator pedal and a brake pedal.

Reverse-input blocking clutch
A reverse-input blocking clutch includes: a pressed member having a pressed surface; an input member having an input-side engaging portion on an inner side in a radial direction of the pressed surface; an output member having an output-side engaging portion further on the inner side in the radial direction than the input-side engaging portion; an engaging element on the inner side in the radial direction of the pressed surface to move in a first direction away from or toward the pressed surface, having a main engaging element body having a pivot-support shaft, and a link member having a first end portion pivotally linked to the pivot-support shaft and a second end portion pivotally linked to the input-side engaging portion; and an elastic body between the main engaging element body and the link member and applying an elastic force to the link member toward the pressed surface in the first direction.

Wheel disconnect clutch
A wheel disconnect clutch includes a housing attachable to a knuckle and a clutch sleeve slidably supported for axial movement within the housing and having first teeth configured to couple with a wheel hub and second teeth configured to couple with a half shaft. The clutch sleeve is slidable between an engaged position in which the first teeth are coupled to the wheel hub and a disengaged position in which the first teeth are decoupled from the wheel hub. A drive ring is connected to the clutch sleeve and supported within the housing to be axially slidable and rotationally fixed relative to the housing. An actuator ring is disposed adjacent to the drive ring, supported for rotation within the housing, and axially fixed relative to the housing. The driver ring moves the clutch sleeve between engaged and disengaged positions.

Reverse input blocking clutch
A reverse input blocking clutch has: a pressed member having a pressed surface; an input member having an input-side engaging portion; an output member having an output-side engaging portion; and an engaging element having an engaging element main body and a link member to move in the first direction away from or toward the pressed surface. The engaging element main body has a pair of main body plates arranged to overlap in the axial direction, and a pivot support shaft arranged on the side in the first direction closer to the pressed surface than the input-side engaging portion with the both side portions supported by the pair of main body plates. One pressing surface facing the pressed surface is provided on one main body plate, and the other pressing surface is provided on the other main body plate.

REVERSE INPUT BLOCKING CLUTCH
A distance (D.sub.1) between a rotation center (O) of an input member (3) and a contact portion (P.sub.in) between an input side engaging portion (9) and an input side engaged portion (17) in a second direction is set to be shorter than a distance (D.sub.2) between a rotation center (O) of an output member (4) and a contact portion (P.sub.out) between an output side engaging portion (12) and an output side engaged portion (14) in the second direction in a state in which a pair of pressing surfaces (13) is pressed against a pressed surface (6) in accordance with a rotation of the output member (4) in a predetermined direction and the input side engaging portion (9) engages with the input side engaged portion (17) in accordance with a rotation of the input member (3) in a direction opposite to the predetermined direction. In a locked or semi-locked state, a contact portion (C.sub.1) between the output side engaging portion (12) and the output side engaged portion (14) is located on the side closer to the rotation center (O) of the output member (4) in a first direction in relation to a virtual line (L) connecting the rotation center (O) of the output member (4) and a contact portion (C.sub.2) between one pressing surface (13) of the pair of pressing surfaces (13) and the pressed surface (6).
